I am absolutely disgusted by the unprofessional behavior of the employees working tonight. One of them by the name Bettina. The other one I did not get. Me and my husband were in there shopping for quite a bit of clothes for our business, and they were having personal conversation the entire time like we were not there and kept talking about the time and how they are about to "shut the doors andget out of there" yes i get it.. we came in at 630 and you close at 7pm. But without customers you would not have a job. Also, while he was in the fitting room she was rudly asking if we were going to leave the stuff in there? And I had been putting the things away he did not want. Which is not my job but I was trying to be nice since clearly they were in a hurry. He had a hand full of shirts in there so I was like and those he is buying? I wanted to so badly to put all of the stuff back and never spend another dime.. but because we had already spent the time picking out a bunch of stuff i was like okay thats fine but that is the LAST time my company or his will ever be spending money there. Customer service training is much needed.

This is where husbands go to drain life from their souls and wallets. Cheer is everywhere around you as women blindly throw credit into the corporate monster of over indulgence. But beware gents...there is poison in that air. Sure, your wife will undoubtedly buy you a new favorite shirt. But only at the cost of meandering through crowds of people blindly running into one another and disregarding civility. That cost is not worth throwing away your old favorite shirt you got last season. Run for the hills and bring your children with you. The wives are lost but there is hope for the next generation still.

“very good prices.. definitely recommended...” been to 7-8 premium outlets in the east coast. after Clinton crossing prem outlet, I found this premium outlet prices good. Its hardly 3-4 miles from Colonial Williamsburg. I personally liked Nike store, shoes which I found $80 in KOP mall, I got it here in $42. Fossil-TH-CK store was equally good. Definitely recommended. the food court was not that big, few options are there. the good part is you can park your car anywhere in this outlet unlike some which have allocated parking and then you have to walk like 200 miles throughout the day

Ive always loved going to the outlets especially when family visits. There was almost no parking...which was k just inconvenient but nothing major. Went to a couple stores and everything was priced over what the mall has it for. I guess its a strip mall...but what really irritated me was walking into true religion... and the guy basically stopping us at the door and said well jeans start at 100 and go up so u know if u dont Wana waste time. Now Im sure he was just saying it as his work but that was extremely rude the way it came off. But auntie Anns was amazing ♡

This is one of the largest outlet malls Ive ever seen... But the narrow sidewalks and chopped up parking lots make it one of the most difficult to get around. The stores are spread around in odd building configurations and there is a real shortage of restroom facilities. That said, the bargains are fantastic, especially on last Labor Day weekend! Go, but plan your route ahead if you can and get a map from one of the stores. It can be a madhouse of the sidewalks where you cant open the door without hitting pedestrians.

Large outlet. They closed a couple of my favorite stopped, Bebe and BCBG but I hear thats everywhere... Bring walking shoes. It could be more pedestrian friendly design. I feel I was always crossing a street. Kettle corn it everywhere and smells awesome. Never tried it. I found some good deals. Some outlets have promotions and sales but I havent experienced that here. The location is not right off I-64. I had to go down a wooded back road to get there which was kind of strange but I was able to find it with gps.

Good selection of stores. Parking isnt easy, but the layout of buildings determines that. Hard to hit more than a few stores in one parking space. Essentially you have to go back to your car after each store, drive to the next. Also, seems ridiculous that at least the bigger stores dont have a restroom. The restrooms are in separate locations, also in need of a drive, fresh parking spot unless youre hitting that small cluster of stores. And dirty I might add...

Great place to shop for the popular, best sellers, not niche items (like post-teen womens bathing suits). Good selection of high-end shops labeled factory outlet or store means there are a fair number of fair deals (buy one, get one half-off), but dont expect amazing deals. You come here for a slightly less expensive retail shopping experience. Nice, if thats what youre looking for. Love it or hate it is completely up to you!

We went on a group trip and were not told it was outdoors, there is quite a lot of walking and it was hot. It wasnt really very pleasant. It has okay options for shopping, but if you want to just walk around and see what it offers without being there before, I suggest you go during cooler weather or early spring. If you know what youre getting and from where its fine.

The outlets have seen better days. Its still a great place to find deals on premium brands, but the upkeep of the mall has gone to the wayside. Also dont expect to find a good bite to eat in the food court, the 3 remaining restraunts arent what you would expect to find at a "Premium Outlet."

Lots of variety but, when I think "outlets" I think great prices. The prices that we saw in several stores were at or above prices we were familiar with or found online. I asked a store clerk about it and she said that these are "premium" outlets vs "factory" outlets which are discounted.

Good place for bargains when the sales are on. The stores were bright and shiny and full of new products, but the prices get higher every year. I guess if you compare the prices to Nordstrom you will think the prices are great, but compared to Kohls I can do better with my 30% off coupons.

Have visited this outlet only once but didnt find much variety or deals. Maybe since I had also visted Leesburg outlet before which had tons of choices and felt bang for buck. This is still quite approachable as i live in RVA and no traffic or crowd as compared to other one.

Both Ann Taylor and White House Black Market store personnel were attentive and helpful. The Outlets stores are a great place to get good prices on a big variety of brands. There is a food court and a drive through Starbucks, also a Verizon store. One stop for my needs!

I loved the outlet itself with the exception of Kate Spade which happens to be one if my favorite brands but this is the FIRST time Ive visited a Kate Spade store and left without a purchase the sales ladies (ALL) including MGT were Not helpful nor did they Care to be

I have never been to an Outlets mall so I have to say i was inpressed. There were lots of sales but not every store was an outlet so I was slightly disappointed. Overall I was able to get clothes for the entire family for a 10th of what it would have cost retail.
