So fun! Great parking, metro access, and it kind of feels like being in an underground disneyland the way theyve dressed up the outside of some the shops. Theres a great central spot with great tables and chairs for meetings that stays open - I think all night! It was open when our group left around 10pm and all the other shops were closed. Its like a small, underground city - really neat. Good walking around place, especially if the weather isnt nice. We actually never had to go out in the open again once we entered the parking garage (which was free on Sunday!) :)

This a place that I visit frequently. I get my daily exercise by walking through the long underground streets. This is especially good in winter days. I am a Uber driver. I go there after Uber drop off at the Ronald Reagan Airport. The Crystal City shops is only 5 minutes drive from DCA airport. I usually stop by those hotels for a break. Hotels have comfortable sofa at lobby and clean restrooms without many people during day time.

I live above these shops and as a shopping center its pretty underwhelming. Its very spread out with not many interesting shops to fill the gaps. There are however definitely a handful of decent food options and diredirect access to the metro. Other than that, its pretty much a ghost town aside from commuter foot traffic...

Crystal City Shops is a nice little underground walking mall with small shops , retail, food, and services offered that connects most of Crystal City through underground paths. Its great for a stroll when its hot or rainy outside and provides quick and easy access to the WMATA Metro stop without worrying about traffic.

Its all underground which can be a bit claustrophobic. Its hard to get navigate if you havent been there or dont have a map since there are whole sections separated by long hallways. I like some of the businesses there but it feels like it was crammed in as an afterthought to catch a few commuter dollars.

There are plenty of dining options around here both upscale and casual. There are a few parking structures, but its not easy to find free parking. Some of the buildings and decor of the area is a little older than, say, Pentagon city. But its still fun- especially with local events like farmers markets.

Nice multi halls of small business, needs a get-well card, reeks of "Virginia Smart" with lonely disjointed people you can watch play games with one another Friday Nights. Some wander out of that Blues basement Bar more batshit crazy. Homeless Heaven at The Landing.

Great series of shops underneath mostly offices and apartment buildings. What use to be just a lunch spot for workers is growing into a thriving community with great and healthy options like sweetgreen and amazing co-working spots like WeWork and even a Makerspace!

I hate the Crystal City shops. A miles long strip of underground stores, restaurants and venues. The atmosphere is depressing and its extremely inconvenient to navigate. The only good thing is that you can cross Crystal City without getting wet when it rains.

A unigue Shopping Center that you might miss in your travel by automobile. We were walking and stumled upon this Shopping Center. It has everything you can think of for a visitor. Clothing stores, Jewelry shops, Shoe stores, a food Court and much much more.

Lots of great shops and restaurants, but can be a bit confusing to navigate. Once you become familiar with the underground layout, this mall is a great feature. You can use it to walk from one end of the city to another covered from the rain, heat or cold.

This mall was underneath our hotel as we stayed in Washington DC for a week I walk through it every day on my way to their Subway system. It had very little to offer in the way of food or merchandise but it was clean and seemed well-maintained.

The Crystal Shops are filled with a variety of stores of different specialties and restaurants in many varieties and all price ranges. They are also connected to the Marriott Crystal City and Marriott Crystal Gateway and a Metro train stop.

All stores are accessible from the underground. If you cannot find anything to eat here, youre not that hungry. The variety of restaurants is awesome. A little pricey in the boutique clothing stores, but it comes with the territory.

Some unique shops, some retail chains - a good mix of both. Accessible from the street and from the subway. A decent shopping and restaurant experience, but I dont know if I could spend all night there. Several Pokestops as well.

It is a very good place to go shopping. When I went to vacation in crystal city, everyday we went there. There are also some classes you can take like dancing and drawing. Subway and We the pizza were some of my favorites there.

This is a fun place to visit and shop! My goodness all the food choices are out of this world. I like too that you dont have to leave the underground to get from one side to the other, especially when the weather is bad outside.

Upscale shopping, upscale dining and upscale lodging all in one convenient area. Close to airport and close to highway. Great place to get away for a "daycation", a weekend or a scheduled trip to the Nations Capitol (D.C.)

Go for the food, stay for the chill environment. And then walk over to the water park and enjoy the beautiful fountain. Good Stuff - delicious political burgers and shakes. We the Pizza has a great selection of pizza.

Dingy, low ceilings, terrible layout. It must have been designed by the same person who designed Penn station in NYC, due to its warren like construction. The kabob place inside was surprisingly good though.

Great place to poke around, and with direct access to the Crystal Gateway hotel it all makes for a nice and convenient trip. Everything one could need is in these shops, from a Rite Aid to restaurants.

It located ungrounded. You walk throught it grab a bite to eat. Do some shopping go to the doctor, dentist, get your nails, hair done and then hop on the go .or just go up stairs to your apartment.

Beautiful place to have lunch or just enjoy a delicious cup of coffee while watching the sunset sitting in front of the beautiful water fountain. Or at night adorned with beautiful blue lights ..

A nice shopping area near the Crowne Plaza where I stayed. The Metro train station is conveniently located there as well. There is a food court, buffet style as well as a well stocked Rite Aid.

A maze of concrete tunnels. You may need a local to help you navigate. A little funky, a little bit of everything. Need a Chinese massage before you go art shopping? Youre in the right place.

Awesome! Lots of variety, lots of restaurants, just a really fun place to wander about and see lots of curious nick knacks that are not seen that often at other more traditional stores.

Good the stores are mainly small business (not brand name) but prices are high for what you get. It is conveniently connected to the Metro, but after 5:00 it is pretty much dead.
