I went to Pentagon City Mall after work to have my damaged phone repaired. It was a Microsoft but carried by AT&T. I worked very closely with Jeff from AT&T and Chris from Microsoft to resolve my issues and get my cellphone working again. They were patient, courteous and very knowledgeable about what was needed to fix the problems, and even though it took over three hours, neither gentleman lost patience with me and showed me great respect. Chris More at Microsoft in particular was extraordinarily helpful and made me feel at ease. He solved all the problems and I was able to leave the store knowing my phone worked!

I visited the store Lids today from the moment I walked in one of the employees there complained about how busy it was and how he couldnt deal with this I wanted to have a hat embroidered and when it was my turn in line and I got to him he pushed me off to his associate who did not have the training to run the embroider machine as I was dealing with the second associate the first one walked behind me and said to him that is not going to get done anytime soon in my opinion thats just speaks to the inexperienced that is working there I laid the Hat on the counter and said thank you I will shop someplace else

Clean and modern shopping mall with a large selection of retail stores, food court with many great dining options, a couple of restaurants attached, and snack shops throughout. A large pay parking garage is attached for convenient parking, and there is also a tunnel to connect to the metro. During the day you will find many kids on school trips crowding the food court. Only complaint is some of the sellers of goods at the pop-up stands that constantly try to bait you into buying their goods as you walk by. Easy enough to say "No thank you," but gets annoying if you go there often.

It has all the trendy needs of any hipster. However, dont expect a real shoppers experience. The size defeats the fun. Being able to see the store you just purchased from takes away from the mystique of the American mall. You want to feel as if though you can get lost and need the help of your fellow mall-goers. Overall, great selections of clothing stores, tech stores(except the Apple store, theyre being renovated), and various other stores that offer things from cigars to just tea and only tea.

Difficult to get into and difficult to get out of, I visit mostly because it is close. I dont enjoy paying for parking especially when I go and dont buy anything. It does have current stores and the upgrades to the elevator were decades overdue. The glass ceiling is still a fun experience and keeps the space fresh with natural sunlight. I would love the first two hours free for parking, but I understand commuters use it for convenient metro parking.

So many shops/stores to choose from! Easy access from main highways. Wish there were more "pay" kiosks near the entrances from the parking lot. We had to go back from the metro entrance to find the one on the 3rd level to pay. Looked on the locator but it didnt show where they were, so the security man told us where to find one. But it was a good day...many granddaughter had a great time keeping the shops green! :-)!

One of my favorite malls, because you meet so many people coming in and through! Its next to the airport. If you have a long layover --- come shop or walk the mall! Ever live in a city where you can feel like a tourist??!? This is the city for you! Most diverse area in all of Northern VA! :D Mall is huge and spacious. Need better food court options. Escalator to the food court is super slow and tight!

This mall used to be one of my fav spots in DC area. However, now with all the kids, couple hundred not even kidding, running around in the mall, I dont want to go there anyway. The mall probably make tons money from those kids in the food court, but have you consider the feelings of all other real shoppers?! Seriously, I have to walk into a store to answer phone calls. Thats how loud & crowded.

This place had some unusual and cool stores like you see in major metropolitan cities. There is a store called Zara with a nice layout and European feel. Its apparently from Spain. The wall itself is very cool and it has a Victorias Secret, Nespresso, forever 21, and Nordstroms. I love that the hotel we stayed at had access to the mall with the key card. Truly great for a fashion vacation!

I think this is a pretty good mall with a large choice of stores and brands to shop at. Its fairly clean and doesnt get too crowded. My only issue is that the escalators are at one side of the mall meaning that going to the store above or below you can result in walking all the way to the other end of the mall and back. Not a big issue however, and the new massive Zara there is great.

This mall has a great mix of stores and its been nicely updated in the past couple years - HOWEVER, holy moly the tourist traffic here has exploded recently in the spring and summer, and its a nightmare during busy periods with all the kids and tourists clogging the entrances and food court areas. Try to conduct your business early during work hours, before the lunch and dinner rush.

This place is huge. Be prepared to spend an entire day browsing what seems like 100 stores. The Macys is three stories tall. There are over four levels of shopping with all the name brand stores. The lowest level is almost entirely a food court. Did I mention that its connected to a Ritz Carlton. Im done. Go there. Parking may have a price depending on when you go. Be prepared.

Such a good place to hang out and have a good vibe there . Close to DC and I can tell you that crystal city area got changed a lot the passed three years . Theres lots of restaurants inside and outside the mall to choose from and also convenient if you want to take the metro to DC bc the metro station is connected with the mall . Highly recommend this place

Clean, busy, well-lit. Good selection of stores, especially brand-name clothing and shoe stores. Much better for actively shopping than hanging around. Very hard to find bathrooms and directories but theres a directory app. Wifi is hit or miss. Annoying alarms (?) went off on multiple visits. According to someone who works nearby, this is common.

So many shops. You can spend all day here. I use a lot the ladies restroom in Nordstrom. Is has womens lounge and a nursing room with comfortable chairs. I use it a lot with my baby. I. The mall there are shoe stores, clothing, watches and jewelry, souvenirs...you name it and the best thing is the metro is underneath the mall. Easy to get to.

Lots of stores, good food options, lots of parking, clean. Having to walk all the way around the center court on every floor to get to the escalators is annoying. The parkimg pay machines in the mall are a sham, all of them say they cant read your card so that youll pay cash instead, two brand new cards, tried 3 machines, all the same.
