Nefarious, aggressive, and unscrupulous sales tactics are used by the employees at the FOREVER FLAWLESS; owned and operated by IB MINERALS On September 7, 2017, a female employee initiated an interaction with my 79 year old Deaf and illiterate mother with the intent to sell their product as appropriate. Once it was realized that she could not respond to their written communication, they deceptively proceeded to sell her seven (7) beauty items used on the face; totaling $2,342.00. Three (3) separate charges were made in succession, in the amounts of $742, $800, and $800 for a total of $2,342.00. Please consider the tenancy of FOREVER FLAWLESS store; owned and operated by IB MINERALS. The way that the transactions occurred shows the nefarious mal-intent. Any other respectable vendor would have made one large charge, as is common practice in sales. For the safety of the community, I will be disseminating a version of this letter to the Consumer Protection Agency, Better Business Bureau, Department of Aging, YELP, and the Forever Flawless store itself. The safety of your customers is of the utmost importance.

Cheesecake Factory poor experience 25 minutes for a table on a Tuesday afternoon we didnt factor Graduation crowds. Our party of 4 we took the celebrity of reviewing the menu in advance while we waited for our table. It still took quite a while to receive our selections. Then our preteen hamburger was prepared wrong they had to fix her another one. We were all done before her burger came out. The manager appeased her with salad and fries Items that she was not interested in. The manager refused to adjust the bill he only wanted to offer up a complimentary slice of cheesecake. Didnt really want that either. procedure so we would know exactly what we want it we got a tablespoon You

This will always be my favorite mall just because of my history with it, but for the sake of leaving an objective review that guides others, I have to admit that this mall is not the best. Food-wise, this place is still top notch. But shopping-wise, its pretty much dying. Ive never seen so many empty spaces around the mall available for rent in the past 6 months than Ive seen in my entire life there. Fortunately for me, I never went there to go shopping anyway, so that doesnt really matter to me anyway. Especially when the weather is nice, and its not to crowded, I still think this is a very pleasant place to go to thats not as crazy and packed as some of the other malls out there.

This mall continues to get worse and less safe. The kiosk vendors in the middle of the stores are extremely aggressive. My mother has dementia and her care person took her to the mall for a fun outing. One of the kiosk ladies got hold of my mom and kept selling her jewelry despite the fact that the caregiver told her to stop and called me. It was only when I said I was coming there in person that the seller, a woman, said ok, well goodbye and stopped pushing items into my mothers hands. Apparently she over charged them as well and now we are having to deal with mall security. This is not a safe place for the elderly.

This mall is always clean, staffed well, and easily accessible from route 29/Broken Land Parkway/Little Patuxent Parkway. The patrons inside the mall are calm, polite, and respectful. The interior is decorated well for the seasons and holidays without being garish. The inside is very modern looking with lots of natural light and an open second story. There is ongoing construction around the mall, but it doesnt seem to affect traffic. Parking is available in garages or flat pavement, and is more than sufficient except during extreme periods of shopping like Black Friday and the end of December.

Ive taken to going to key stores and then leaving these days but, Columbia fills a shopping niche for its own area and surrounding areas. Security Mall is slowly dying and Westview Mall has long been a shopping center. Columbia Mall has a good variety of stores to shop at, restaurants inside and outside in the parking lot, and a nice movie theater. Although Sears has stopped selling clothes there, Macys is still holding strong. JcPennys is a frequent stop for me, except for their poor choice of shoes in the shoe department.

Central to all of the City of Columbia, this mall was a landmark in the area when built and is surrounded by a lake, library, theaters, Merriweather Post Pavillion, Whole Foods, great places to eat, lodging and professional buildings. Easy access from main roads, plenty of parking and constantly evolving with new stores coming to meet consumer demands. Great ambience, clean and pleasant employees everywhere!

The Columbia Mall has the typical anchor stores of the mid Atlantic region as long as a host of specialty stores inside. Although I do wish that they had more family amenities like the Annapolis Mall does, its a clean and efficient mall. Youd be hard pressed to find parking near the movie theater and restaurants in the evening and weekends. Id suggest parking at one of the anchor stores or the garage.

As times gone by all the cool interesting stores are slowly being replaced with clothing stores. I remember when there was a hobby store, a Wizards of the Coast store, and a discovery store, and while yes, most of those stores went out of business nation wide, they havent been replaced by anything similar. Just and endless sea of shoe stores and name brand clothing. If thats your thing, then go hog wild.

Ive been shopping here for years. With a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options people of all ages can enjoy their time here. It is fairly easy to navigate, which is convenient. The parking lot is very big, but can get full on a busy day like Saturdays, so plan accordingly. Overall, Columbia Mall is one of the best malls Ive been to in the DC-Baltimore metropolitan area.

So much here, we like how nice it is for kids. We often make an outing of it and take the kids to the playground by JC Penney; they also love the carousel, free samples in the food court, and the escalators. The selection of stores and restaurants is great and although the parking can sometimes be a pain the mall itself rarely feels crowded or hectic. The area is very well done all around.

Gotta be honest. Comparing it to Arundel Mills mall... the shoppers are a bit higher class, however the stores are more expensive/higher end. No outlet-type stores or Marshalls-type store. The layout is a bit confusing for the first time visitor. Parking not much better than Arundel Mills. Overall nice mall, but only had a few stores I like.

Beautiful Mall with A fantastic food court. The best Ive ever seen. Lovely carousel for the kids, indoors. Lots of great shops and a Nordstroms, Macys, Sears & a J.C. Pennys. Also has a Spencers Gifts and lots more. Major restaurants, Cheesecake factory, PF Changs. Thats what I saw on a very brief visit there. Need to go again.

This mall has been a staple in the community for years. Theyve been improving and expanding it for years. Its a great place to go for a quick bite, and has all the brands you could want. Theyve even got a carousel for your little ones to enjoy. One person goes shopping while the other hops on the carousel.
