Its a small mall, and you can walk the entire thing in about 10 minutes or so. On a daily basis this mall is hardly frequented, but during the home show and Christmas the mall gets packed. The only reason this mall is dying, is because it isnt frequented daily, and being able to order online, is what is killing retail stores, and malls. To me, if people come to this mall for Christmas shopping, it seems like they care about this mall. If that is true, then why not care about this mall all the time? The Hanover mall is a staple here, and I just think that more thought should be given about it, because I know of some good malls that are now only a memory, and its sad to see good places just disappear.

It used to be a very bustling place, but now it seems to be barely holding on. A lot of stores have left. It reminds me a lot of the West Manchester Mall in York a few years before it closed down. The side stores, sears/jcpenny/etc seem to be doing well, although the redesigned Pennys is very out of place for the Hanover area. The owners of the mall seem to be actively trying to fix it with a redesigned interior and new sign, but the demand just isnt there. Ill keep going to walk around it till it closes though.

so i decided to order chocolate covered strawberries for my wife for valentine day... i was happy and excited that i ordered ahead of time. i picked them up so from a distance it looked fine. so i gave it to my sweetheart and went to work so she send me a text thanking me and a picture of the strawberries showing almost all were green if they were not ripe enough they should not had sold them... very disappointed with the outcome i will never order from them again.

Mall is usually dead but that just means no long waits. When visiting Santa or Easter Bunny its great. And if you go online and schedule your appointment and pay for your package you get 2x as many pics and downloadable pics for the same price and a small package you pay for there in line. The little sweet shop on the corner by the lil kid rides is cool. I like this mall.

There are only a hand full of good quality stores in this mall. All of the vendors are leaving. They really need to do something. It was ok for small town people but a lot of people are moving in from other areas and want "better" stores. I very rarely go in this mall except for the Bath and Body Works.

Well, the death of the traditional shopping mall continues. There were multiple empty stores. The anchor stores Burlington Coat Factory, Dicks Sporting Goods, Sears (soon to close) keep the traffic coming, but the other retailers in the area have damaged the vibrancy of this mall.

Basically an empty mall. Half the stores are gone. Also stay out of the way of the old people walking, they cant stand if youre stopping to check out something in the store windows. Hopefully it closes up and they have to pay to go walk somewhere else.

A very laid back place to go on a Friday night. Not the greatest selection of stores though so dont expect to get a lot of great shopping in. More of a place to relax after a nice meal at one of the local restaurants. Nice environment though!

If youre not from the area, this isnt anything special. Half of the mall has 2 stores filled out of maybe 10 available, but its not very crowded unless theyre hosting an event of some sort so most trips can be quick.

Mall is very close to home...I dont go here often but it does have most shopping I need. Love the Burlington. Parking is never an issue either. I just hope the Sears can hang on as I frequent this store.

I moved to Hanover about 2 years ago and this mall caught my attention from the very beginning. Yes some store fronts are empty but its always a peaceful place to visit in my spare time.

It has been good for shopping but as of late it seems businesses are pulling out of mega malls and relocating to stripmalls, and it gives me the impression that mega malls are dying out.

There is hardly anything appealing in this mall any more. I come here to get my nails done and occasionally stop at Sears or hallmark. Its a ghost town from where it used to be!

JC Penney came through for us on a beautiful homecoming dress. Coupons On top of discount. Yeah me! Sales assistant in Jr.dresses and Intimates (Ruth) was So helpful...Thank you.

This mall has been in a downward spiral for years. Recently it has increased its businesses and improved its looks. Keep up the good work and the star rating will increase.

I hadnt been there for 5 years up until 2 weeks ago and I couldnt believe how empty it was. So many stores just gone. There are still a few good ones left though

Its alright if you love vape stores and cell phone stores and walking past a lot of vacant spaces that once held stores when people used to care about the mall

Theres a new store called J Merchants that has fantastic clothing bargains. However there are also some vacant store fronts. Still a nice place to visit.

I mean its not bad but theres not a lot that make it good besides spencers really. Plus theres not a lot of places to eat there no where to hang out

Absolutely worst mall ive ever been too. Have been to this mall for about 20 years. Gets worse and worse. There is barely any stores left anymore..

Very nice mall. Very clean. I shop there and also walk daily around the mall. Only thing, I wish there were more clothing stores available

Dying mall. Nothing really here to do except eat at Jerry and Sals. Which Im fine with. But this mall is getting more and more depressing.
