Hello yall! I had a beyond WONDERFUL experience with the AT&T store in the Westminster Townmall today!! Long story short, Customer Service screwed up our payment plan and bringing a single mom with two boys under 5, its a lot of money to shell out when preschool fees are upcoming!! Well, Aaron Brody and Richard Sullivan (Store Manager) straightened it all out while simultaneously keeping me from los My my mind with worry! Haha. They ALWAYS say hello to my children and never fail to remember both Colt & Carters names. Fabulous people and just so so helpful!! Great people here, Im a customer at this location for life

This place is the worst, The only time I have was to upgrade my phone and I quickly realized that there is absolutely nothing else to buy. The parking lot seems to attract a lot of really fantastic individuals such as one gentleman who asked me for a ride, when I responded "no" he responded by taking his shirt off at which point I stated "your lack of definition is really impressive" I dont think he understood the sarcasm because he just said"thats what I thought".......He wasnt very pleasant.

This mall leaves A LOT to be desired. If you are a blue collar worker or a retiree, the clothing stores may be substantial here (its obvious that is the target audience of most stores), but as a 30-something male working professional, I find it impossible to find clothing that fits correctly. There are a lot of junk stores and craft stores and nearly absent of any of the typical mall staples, such as American Eagle or Gap.

Oh I hope I can write more soon. These two stores awesome new fines And gave me discount, friends are owners! Woman at clothing store helped me so much, even how to wear clothes properly! I feel so comfortable there. Cell phone, best price, man was so patient with me and my never ending questions! If I was single, I would go on a first date with him and see... He is single... Patience is hard to find!

Strange thing A mall cop came to me while i was charging my phone in the common seating area outside belk and asked "how much battery do you have in your phone? I said, 38 then he said when it comes to 50, unplug your phone, he stepped away and then said the same thing again" I was like what the ... lol Welcome to Westminster Mall!!!

I entered through Belk and I liked the chairs they have set up as you enter the mall. Place is declining and doesnt really have a food court or security staff. Many elderly mall walkers. Theres an FYE and a decent Chick-fil-A, also a Books A Million if you like print media. Like Marley Station, theres a Golds Gym if you want to lift.

Needs a lot more stores, better lighting, and more to do for young adults. The food court is lacking, and honestly so is everything else. There are very few stores the work well there: Rue 21, Journeys, Bath and bodyworks, New York and Co, Books a million and FYE. Everything else is painfully outdated.

Missing a lot of stores. However, theres s lot of new kiosks and other small stores open for the Holiday season. I actually browsed a bit, and wanted to browse more, which is unusual for me. Their holiday season sales are definitely worth a look. But, expect some long lines and waiting! Happy Holidays!

This mall has some decent mall stuff at decent prices and the movie theater is surprisingly nice (Black Swan? In Westminster? Wow.) but why is it one floor when it wouldnt be such a mall goth-choked hellbox if it were two floors? On the plus side, Orange Julius, which is the funniest Food Court Staple.

About of the third of the stores are shuttered -- cant tell if they are simply closed for the day, or closed for good. Most malls will make unused space look nice -- not here. Dicks Porting Goods has got to be carrying this place -- at least DSG seems to know what they are doing.

The building feels old and despite being one story has no natural light. There are not a lot of stores and there are many abandoned storefronts, but there are some nice local businesses, including a bounce house, an arcade, a recreation room shop, and some local craft stores.

Absolutely adore this mall. Yes, a few of its stores have closed down and it can be a little slow during the week, but I appreciate that it isnt like some of the huge, overcrowded malls. And the stores that are there, will always have something you are in need of.

Cant tell if its on the down swing or upswing, but it has definitely seen better days. If they clean up and fill up with new stores the mall would be amazing again. Until then its just a shadow of its former glory in a dusty and scuffed up shell.

If the definition of mediocre could manifest into a mall this would be it. Nothing wrong with the TownMall of Westminster. Its clean, plenty of parking, and not too crowded. However there is nothing that makes it more than mediocre.

A lot of stores have closed since the last time I was here a few years ago. Reminds me of the West Manchester mall a few years before it closed in York, Pa. Still a decent mall though, enough stores open to still make a trip out.

This place is depressing. It is dark, sparsely populated, and the stores that do occupy the space are kind of lame. Also, they appear to be afraid of turning on the heat because it was pretty cold in the main hall. Soon to die.

Like so many other shopping malls these days it is dark and empty. There were a few stores still open but not many. The kind woman that helped us in Bath & Body Works is the only reason this shopping center received any stars.

Its past its hay day but its still kickin. Stores have come and gone and a few things changed. It will always be Cranberry mall to me and many others. Good place to stroll and shop. Watch out for the "cranberry cruisers"

No Victoria Secret for starters. The mall is old and run down. Food court is like 3 places to choose from. It used to be an awesome mall back when it was cranberry mall... town map has gone down the toilet.

Not a lot of stores... Not a great hang out place. Book store sucks. Movie theatre is horrible. Please see Ritas Closet for any formal needs tho--they are a great nonprofit raising funds for scholarships :D

Its a very cozy little mall that reminds me of my childhood mall back in Salisbury, MD. Everyone is friendly and theres a nice variety of things to do, if you want to get the kids out of the house!

The mall may be dying out, but they still have community events such as blood drives and occasionally live music. Not a huge selection of stores but still nice to walk through once in a while.

Aging small uneventful mall. Most of the stores are somewhat empty or are leaving. Majority of the mall is closed blacked out stores or strictly christian family friendly stores only.
