Im shocked at how unprofessional and inexperienced the makeup artists are at the Clinique and Lancome centers in Boscovs. Ive been there twice... I thought maybe the second time would be better and it was just as bad. Not only did the artists lack the ability to put on eyeliner smoothly-sexily-and straight but the one girl tried to put me down by saying my eyeliner was running and I went in there fresh out of the shower with absolutely NO MAKEUP ON! How pathetic of that girl. To protect her identity and her job I will not volunteer her name but Ill say just watch out for the really short dark haired girl if you go in to the lancome stand! Also watch out for the really short blonde girl who works at Clinique. She was not working but was there today with friends and was acting like a little immature high schooler pointing and laughing at people with her friends. I expect professionalism at these high-end makeup retailers and what I had received was everything below standards. Clinique and Lancome would be embarrassed to have such persons working for them. If you want to go somewhere around York for high-end makeup I highly recommend going elsewhere, that is, unless you know exactly what you want and are in and out of Boscovs for it. I just moved here from FL so I guess Im realizing how good I had it there as far as having professional makeup artists around. Real professionals that is. Not just some inexperienced stuck up girls that got hired on a little thread of luck.

IF YOURE UNDER 18, THE YORK GALLERIA DOESNT WANT YOUR BUSINESS!! My son and 2 of his friends were evicted from the Galleria by the Barney Fife Security Guard at 6:15 on Saturday 4-12-14. These boys are clean cut 17-year-olds, student athletes and all college bound. They were making no trouble at all, just trying to buy prom gifts for their girlfriends, and they were told they had to leave simply because they were under 18. The Galleria discriminates against teens and wants all you "young punks" to take your money to Park City or the Hanover Mall instead. Do them a favor and spend your cash somewhere youre appreciated. Its ridiculous that these young men can join the armed services, drive a car, and hunt with firearms, but arent permitted to shop at the Galleria Mall after 6 PM!! Not only was the Galleria Food Court shut down by state inspectors due to coackroach infestation, but apparently the roaches now manage the place as well! Spend your money somewhere else, and let this poor excuse of a Mall continue dying on its own.

At first glance, the York Galleria looks fairly impressive on the inside: two open-air floors of shopping with a number of different anchors, but after a quick run through the mall, you will find thats not exactly the case. As of my most recent visit, at least 1/5 of the storefronts were vacant, including an anchor store. The stores that werent closed seemed small and to have a limited selection. For instance, the H&M that recently opened paled in comparison to other ones that I have seen, with a mens section roughly the size of an Auntie Annes. Two of the escalators were also not working, requiring you to either wait for a tremendously slow elevator, or use the escalators within the Sears or Boscovs. The York Galleria is an underwhelming shopping center that would likely close down very soon if it were not the only shopping mall in a considerable radius.

Really weird watching the sheep constantly post selfie after selfie & then snap chat about the selfie they put on instagram. & tweet how dated that selfie was that they took 30 seconds ago. WOW! I was blown away by the self asorbed shoppers. I feel super old & not interested in having my every emotion about some Burts bees chapstick Id like to buy posted & documented for the rest of the uninterested social media masses who are to worried about their next selfie to even care about anything else. Nice mall though.

Typical like most malls, quite a number of the stores are vacant with lease signs in the windows. If not for the flag stores the mall would probably not be able to continue to stay open. On the other side, the food court is decent with a number of different kinds of fare offered. Ample parking for both the upper and lower levels. Typical stores are FYE, Spencers, bath & body works, various makeup and clothing stores. Flag stores are Boscovs, Bon Ton, and Sears.

very few stores seem to work out well here, and the few that do become repetetive to visit. there is far less to see here than there was previously. where there were once small stands in the floor area to add some variance and outside interest, there are now advertising kiosks that adbertise places barely a hundred feet away. a once popular and frequently packed mall is now reduced to a series of empty stores and going out of business sales.

This mall is struggling in a difficult retail area. There are quite a few stores that have relocated and look much better. Theres a new H&M retailer which is slated to open in the fall. The food court is typical fast food fare. There is Salad Works and Sbarro for those that tire of subs, burgers and tacos. Would love to see a bookstore here in the future. Amazon is opening brick and mortar stores and I dream of seeing one is this mall.

Always shop here instead of park city in lancaster but they are getting less and less stores. It is all food court food which is not any good. They need a restrauant or two in there. There use to to a Ruby Tuesdays and they had good food and service. They were always busy but they took it out years ago. They need to revamp and build it back up to bring more people in.

Burger, sub, pizza, asian, and taco are the choices for food, busy mostly on weekends, a few empty store fronts and an anchor store gutted for a gym with an open view into the pool area. Dont expect to do alot of shopping in the warmer months, the ac doesnt do much in the ways of cooling, it was 95° (inside) one day when I was eating lunch.

This must be one of those shopping malls that is down on its luck. This mall needs a major overhaul or it just needs to be demolished and cleared for something else to be redeveloped in its place. Its very old and dated, dirty, and losing stores. I felt like I was in a NY City subway station when using the restroom.

Great service but felt so sad to see so many store close I used to live close and this was the mall where I did all my shopping, after 10 years that I move I finally had the opportunity to re visit and what a surprise the mall was almost empty and a lot of stores close wow but still have a great service.

Used to be full of stores. So many empty spaces now. The stores that are there are great. Food court has a good selection. Nail salon, perfume store, multiple shoe stores and jewelry stores. Pictures with Santa and the Easter bunny. Needs more restrooms! Be nice to have a decent toy store.

I was there on a Friday evening and there was hardly any traffic. It was almost like a ghost town. Even though the stores I visited had friendly staff, there were many storefronts that were empty. It seems such a shame that this huge facility isnt attracting more customers.
