This mall is multi-leveled, but it lacks any real appeal. No new stores have emerged in the last few years beyond a Michael Kors in the front window. The shopping experience is scattered, considering that the H&M and Urban Outfitters lie across the road in Harborplace. The Gallery features a Brooks Brothers, and a Banana Republic that feel as though they cater only to tourists, and an array of other odd shops that would be better suited for a subway station. If youre in Baltimore and looking for some shopping, try the small shops of Federal Hill or the upscale chains of Harbor East.

A great place to shop for basic clothing needs if youre a woman. The mall has long passed its Glory days of equivalent offerings to men, women, and children. Maybe an American Eagle, or an athletic shoes store that sells more than just basketball shoes will help. I suggest that any guy looking for more than jeans and basketball shoes look to Arundel Mills mall. Itll be worth the trip. The food court has also suffered over the years with standard offerings. Even the McDonalds in the Gallery had higher prices than the one 3 blocks away. All in all its okay if youre a tourist.

Walked in here looking for some interesting stuff, only found department stores selling stuff at even more of a rip-off price than usual. Its also got a cellphone repair shop that will also rip you off. I have a 100 dollar or so phone, and its cracked. I went in and asked how much a price for a screen repair would be, and he said around 70 bucks. Hah! You thought!! I could just do the screen repair myself and spend 10 bucks on a screen I would order off amazon or something.

This mall is a good sized email tucked away from the main road of route 30. It has an OK selection of stores for some tastes. The problem is that the environment of this mall of old and dirty. It really needs a face lift to bring this mall up with the times. The other problem is that this mall has many store fronts that are empty and need filled. The bathrooms are very dirty.

Small and barely adequate mall. I feel like this venue may be specifically geared towards travelers in a hurry. The are very few anchor shops here and it seems like the mall mall be losing tenants (the 4th floor has been under renovations for some time w/no looks of improvement). Thr only good thing is thst it is centrally located for the gursts of hotels all around.

I love this area and city if grown up here all my life Ive been going to the gallery since I was about 12yrs. Old Im 38 now and I still like the gallery I just think its becoming way to over priced with the exception of a couple stores. Other thenthat its a great place just hope they get more stores in there that arent so expensive.

Always clean and safe to shop at. There are stores for every income bracket, even though its a tourist attraction. My fave spit to go treat myself and clear my head. Escalator on every floor, fish pond in middle of the mall. Good court is gone because of renovations, but can only come back better. Highly recommended.

The Gallery is an interesting shopping experience. Its tall, compact nature means it doesnt have very many stores but is generally a fairly nice shopping mall with a moderate selection of options. The food court at the very top is filled with generic local options, and of course the obligatory McDonalds.

During the light festival there were racist gaurds forbidding brown people from entering. Especially Muslim or Sikh because there was no difference to the white gaurd. Until they fix this issue they will continue to receive low ratings from this customer and others.

There are some stores here that are pretty ok like Michael Kors and F21, which are pretty popular. A few other stores catch my eye but in my opinion its slowly dying. The food court was blocked off, which really is a bummer. Hopefully theyll revamp soon.

The fountain in the center is beautifully crafted! The clothing shops have a variety of styles and the people are nice. My friend started a small store around the other side of the mall, selling tacos, breakfast, and more. I recommend this place a lot!

This mall used to have a lot more charm and offerings. The Banana Republic is no longer there and the stores that are left seem to be hanging on by a strand. I go when Im in the area but Im usually in and out as of late. Not what it used to be.

Parking is always a pain, not to mention expend but theres great shopping and family friendly. If you plan on eating at one of the restaurants, youll want to make a reservation though bc wait times are usually upwards of an hour during peak times!

This place has gone downhill..its hard to tell the type of costumers they are trying to attract. There is no real rhyme or reason to the selection of stores and they have removed all the food placed except for Starbucks REALLY!.......

Nice multi-story mall that is in need of more stores. A lot of vacant storefronts with nothing seemingly in the works to fill the spaces. Unfortunate, this mall used to be filled and was a destination when visiting downtown Baltimore.

Pretty dead usually, you got a few things like GAP and foot locker, but other than that not a lot happening there. There is a Starbucks but the service is sub par. All the other stores are either a salon or a lingerie store.

The food court is competent closed down (although there is a Starbucks) and there are several empty storefronts. There are a few anchor stores that do well like forever 21 and Victorias secret and the mall itself is clean.

This is actually one of my favorite mall to hang out with my best friends we have many great adventures and find many awesome items there. We were just a little sad that the food court is not there anymore.

This mall looks great when you walk in, bright and airy. But. Very few stores. I expected to see more this close to the Inner Harbour. There are other stores on the street, but the mall itself was small.

I was staying at the Renaissance Hotel here. There are high end retail shops here. Certainly not for the budget conscious. In todays era of online shopping its a wonder why these places still exist.

A warm & comfortable setting, with many stores for ur shopping needs, if u like a quick bite while u shop, try the many fast food shops, right inside the mall, with seating available.
