Do not put your loved one in here unless they can get out of bed. My dad waits forever for a nurse to come and help him out if bed. He is86 and when he has to go he has to go. Not 45 min later. And it wouldnt hurt for them to smile once in awhile. If you are that miserable then work some where else! The residents sit in the hallway aimlessly wondering around with nothing to do. The meals SUCK. And yes it smells of urine. I was very disappointed. I pray hes not here for long. Every day he gets mor depressed. Recovery is important. Mthink twice before you place a loved one here!

East point mall a staple of Baltimore County East point mall is awesome its Walls have seen a lot of business in the past 10 years call me crazy but I think we need to expand East point mall its gone up and down overtime but its still here despite the smell of the local area if you want to get fresh to death for a good price I would highly suggest Eastpoint Mall Santa Claus on Christmas they do a damn good job

Plenty of shops to choose from but not the best demographics. I use to work in a store located here about 6 years ago and there was a lot of theft/crime. But it seems like mall management are really making the effort to turn things around. Im starting to like shopping here again, more during the morning, and I visit more often. Will recommend to others.

It looks like the mondwamin mall when there is little merchants, the food at the foodcourt aint fresh at all, theres a dress shop owned by indian ladies and the older lady is very nasty and between the old and young they pressure to buy the dresses and dont let you try them on inside the fitting rooms and dont let you inside alone to TRY THEM

Eastpoint Mall is called a mall but it consists of maybe 15-20 stores of which only 5-7 are ever open at the same time. The food court is a tad above satisfactory only due to 2 specific restaurants that have the mall as their only location and because of that people are willing to go into this is excuse of a mall you get their amazing food!

With the exception of the anchor stores in a handful of small shops the mall is largely vacant. I worked there doing the 90s and it used to be full of life with people and stores that were all open also there is no dark and lonely looking storefronts. It either needs a revitalization or a Wrecking Ball.

This place is going downhill on fire. I remember when this place was lively with much to see and do besides shopping. There was always plenty to eat and many shops that werent all selling the same stuff. I see this as an overpriced market anymore. The value of the neighborhoods are dropping too.

Not the best selection of stores and it has different vacancies every time I go there. Main stores that anchor the mall include JCPenny, Sears and Burlington. The mall also has offices located on the basement and 2nd levels that include accountants, lawyers, vision and dental offices.

Its not what it use to b food is really expensive the stores are okay thank goodness Burlington is still there. Ive only eaten at several of the new eateries but their prices arent reasonable. Its a quick shop for small things for me. Sears is still a gd place to shop.

Over the past decade+ there have been numerous rumors of this place closing doors for good. Somehow it seems to march on, even introducing new businesses. Regardless of what comes in, they always leave/close in short order. The lack of activity here is laughable.

I really only go to 2 stores plus a few food places here, since there isnt as many stores as there used to be. Growing up, the place was great and had more stores. It seemed to go downhill since then, but it seems like theyre at least trying to change things.

This mall seemed to b going down hill a few years bk but they have really made it something special now. Many well know stores but alot of lil small businesses too. Be a really neat experience for the kids to see such a diverse environment.

Just ok. Not a great selection of stores outside of the main department stores. The Burlington Coat factory here leaves MUCH to be desired in terms of customer service and cleanliness. The food court wasnt appealing enough to try.

There is not a ton of good stores in here. A lot of stuff keeps leaving, I dont know if thats management or high rent. Always dirty outside. Never had any real issues. If you can drive your probably going to another mall.

Since almost everyone is going to White Marsh, I rarely visit. I still love the food that they serve, its very delicious and I would eat it again if I could. I recommend you visit because it is very close to home.

This mall isnt what it used to be. Several store locations are empty/vacant/closed. While the laser tag is awesome and there are some decent places in the food court, there arent many good shops left in the mall.

Great mall, they really are trying to do better which I applaud. Only problem is the waste management plant ~1 mile down the road. Also they have a movie theater near by Flagship Cinema which is 9/10 :)
