I have been passing this restaurant for a month and heard good things about it. so it was a disappointment to invite friends and go only to feel I was being ripped off. first when I made the reservation they said the belly dancer is going to be there at 7:30pm only to discover when we arrived that she is not coming because she wanted to spend time with her family for thanksgiving weekend!!!!. then it took them 30 minutes to take our drinks and food order and another 20 minutes just to get water, bread and olives arrived another 20 minutes later. the food arrived and although the food taste good (the only good thing in that whole evening) the rice and couscouse that came with it was less than 1/2 a cup and if you want more you are being charged for it. they also charged $2.99 for soda and charge you for refills (and its soda from a fountain which the glass was filled more than half way with ice!!!!!) I had to complain about the soda and the reply from the manager is all high end restaurants charge for refill!!! yes but they bring you a bottle or a can of soda not a fountain soda filled with ice!!!. Oh the bill took over 1/2 an hour to arrive and another 1/2 hour to take it away. needless to say the attitude of the manager made all 10 of us say eventhough the food is good its hard to go back to a place that you feel you are being ripped off and with a bad attitude. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS RESTAURANT.

This was one of the worst restaurants Ive been to in the DC metro area. I have never written an online restaurant review but I just had to write something to persuade others not to go here after our awful experience. I was very excited to try this restaurant as I love Moroccan food but my high expectation was quickly dashed away. When we entered the restaurant, the hostess began to seat us but then another couple arrived behind us and she asked them if they had a reservation which they did (we did not) and she stopped to seat them first. Id understand if they had a packed restaurant but there were empty tables everywhere! Then the waitress came 20 minutes later and apologized for taking too long and that she didnt realize she had to wait on our table. About 10 minutes after we ordered, she comes back to tell us that the fish I had ordered was out which of course delayed our entire meal. When we finally received our entrees, it was lukewarm and on top of that, the rice wasnt ready b/c they were making it "fresh" and our waitress told us that it would be another minute or two. By the time she brought out the rice, our food was cold. I ordered the red snapper tangine and it was dry and smelled like it was a few days overdue. It was the worst $60 we spent on a meal and we will NEVER return to this place.....even it were free, really.

Whoever is overseeing the aesthetic "enhancements" currently underway at City Place Mall must be blind or at least should be sent to design school. Its absolutely atrocious. Nobody likes fluorescent light indoors so why bathe the entire corner in a type of light normally reserved for correctional facilities and mental institutions? Also, giant video screens subjecting the public to advertisements for MD Lottery and T-Mobile? What vision! Such creativity! Who signed off on that? What did the citizens of Silver Spring do to deserve this eye torture? The sheer edifice of the mall is hideous enough with its Stalin era architectural sensibilities, truthfully the whole thing should be demolished and the earth beneath it salted to prevent the ground from ever spawning this kind of outdated retail monstrosity again, but at least...AT LEAST do something about the god awful fluorescent lights.

Trying atleast 25 international cusines including the Morrocan restaurant in old town alexandria, I assumed that this would be a great experience too! The food was horrible and the price was too much for what they offer. Its not worth the time and the money. While I was sad and upset that i wasted hard-earned money on the food, I saw 2 women fighting to not pay for the food that they ate as it tasted real bad. Do not go here, its a bad place for morrocan food and dont run away from morrocan cuisine, try it somewhere else - you will love it.

Went to the Guitar Center here. Was much smaller than the one in Bethesda, MD an didnt have a room for playing guitars. Bought an electric guitar, but had to persuade the salesman to find a guitar box so that I could carry it in since I didnt buy a case for the guitar. He eventually found one for me that my guitar would fit in. I think that I will most likely continue to go to the one in Bethesda, MD. It has a wider selection and probably a larger inventory (I bought the floor model because the guitar was only one that they had).

Not only is this gym a complete dump (at least half of the machines are always broken) the teachers are terrible. Worst of all--it is impossible to cancel your membership. Golds Gym gives all of your personal & financial information to ABC financial in Arizona. You have to mail ABC financial your "request" to cancel your membership. They have 30 days to review the request that you are required to send by certified mail. DO NOT JOIN THIS HORRIBLE GYM--PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE MISERY THAT I AM CURRENTLY ENDURING.

Looks like the shopping and sightseeing experience/ level of comfort in downtown Silver Spring has mashed up with public education to have added an improved library structure. This isnt the end of activities as the list boasts events and markets, clubs and suitable parking. So have a seat at a small circle park area complete with benches and charging outlets. Study local history maps; meditate alongside partners by ones self;open a new capacity for self improvement. Stop by soon.

We went there on a Saturday night and tried ordering 3 of the entrees only to find that they ran out of the ingredients. Finally when we got our food it was terrible. I could have picked up a lamb shank and a box of cous cous at wal-mart and put together a better meal. The decor was underwhelming, and my girlfriend wasnt confident that the bathroom didnt have a two way mirror. If it wasnt so overpriced Id say give it a shot before the board of health shuts it down.

It was a great surprise to me when my wife took me to Taste of Morocco for my birthday, to find my friends and family there with a group of more than 20 people. She knows that I love Moroccan food. We have been to many restaurants before but I think that this one is the best. The food is very tasty, and every thing else is perfect: Decor, service, belly dancer...I wouldnt expect a better gift for my birthday, It was so special.

This mall is like night and day from what it used to be even a few years ago. I remember what the former mall (City Place) was like when it first opened as well as during the transition to Ellsworth Place. It is now a place that I feel I can go to and find items that I need with no problem now. I love the choices that were made to revamp this mall and the stores/restaurants that have come into the mall.
