Best Buy is always empty yet they will treat you like a potential shoplifter (thats why I only go to Microcenter now). Modells is stuffy like a swap meet. Target has some unprofessional managers that dont keep up with their specials and offers. I dont visit the other stores here but theres a Five Guys near the metro entrance so thats nice. Park at Giant where the first two hours are free (shop there on your way home). The parking for this place is only the first hour free.

Place can get crowded, but thats DC. Not sure how other reviewers called the parking expensive, I think its something like one or two dollars an hour. I have never paid more than $5, and am usually in this mall for at least 2-3 hours. The Target is not small, the stores bathrooms are usually clean/useable, and theres ample security throughout the mall.

Coming from the suburbs to live in Columbia Heights for over a year, I found this small shopping mall to be exactly what I needed for retail therapy and actual home necessities. Security guards are always very nice and courteous and I can usually find what I need. Target lines can get pretty bad during rush hour, but thats somewhat expected.

A shopping mall like any other in America. The Target is very poorly managed as the store looks like it had a hurricane go trough it while the Best Buy is always neat and orderly with staff who are usually fairly attentive. The neighborhood merchants could do more to keep the area clean as there is usually litter everywhere.

Offerings in the main entry/lobby include a Marhsalls, Bed, Bath, and Beyond, Best Buy, Target, Washington Sports Club, Perfumania, Payless, and a Modells. Often has panhandlers, aggressive charitable giving teams, and otherwise sketchy folks hanging out front which security is likely legally unable to prevent or discourage.

Best thing about this mall is its location one block away from the metro and that it contains several popular stores in one spot. However, the Target and Best Buy are not particularly good. If youre looking to go to any of these stores specifically, youd be better off finding a standalone location than here.

The AC early in the morning is weak, meaning youre going to get a hot and sticky work out in the morning. The fire alarms frequently go off for no reason. The escalators going to the second floor are great, until one goes out. Youre then stuck with slow elevators and no visible stair option.

I like the conscience of the parking garage underneath, but I think that if you shop in the stores in the building they should give you some discount foe parking. As an inventive to come into the city versus going out of the city and parking in a regular parking lot.

Very nice place has a best buy, target, bath and beyond, sporting goods, great place to shop at. Only thing is the best buy has every sim card except the one I needed and target wouldnt have it either. Dont go here if you need a sim card.

This outlet had some nice stores to choose from and is within walking distance from a lot of areas. I typically walk around the area when Im shipping at Target or Bestbuy. They also recently opened a Chickfla.

Can be kinda hectic and crowded, but with a Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, Marshalls, Best Buy and others this isnt surprising. Attached parking deck is both convenient and not expensive.

I visit this location often. There is underground parking that is reasonable. There lots of stores developing in the adjoining neighborhood; i.e T-Mobile, Chipotle.
