I went to this Minute Clinic in May and had a great experience; I even was able to get a reference for my [now] Primary Care Doctor!!! In May I did go during the week, during the day and got right in, maybe I waited 2 minutes! The nurse practitioner even walked me to the aisle to find cough drops that would work best for me! I was very pleased with how thorough she was and how comfortable the whole set-up was! I did not have any trouble with processing my insurance and did not receive any additional charges after my visit. The practitioner was very upfront with me and referred me to see my doctor after the illness progressed beyond the clinics capabilities. I was skeptical of the idea of the clinic, but was very pleased with my introduction. So much so that I did go back last night for a sore throat, knowing I could not see my Doctor until later next week. I did wait [on a Friday evening] 20 minutes and knew they would be closing soon. I was not rushed, refused or treated with any less care than my first visit. I really see the value in such clinics and feel the nurse practitioner was giving 110%! It is tough to be patient when you are not feeling well, but I wait an average of 30 minutes when I have an appointment at my doctor! :)

I have been trying to get into the minute clinic for over 3 days now. Each time I go in they are no longer accepting patients. Today I called and they had the nerve to tell me that they would not take my name down because there was no one in line, not only was there 4 people in line when I got there but there were 2 people in waiting rooms. Highly unprofessional and highly dissatisfied. When I asked for a manager they said none were on duty and to come back in the morning. I will NEVER go back to this CVS. I suggest stay away from this location.

I used to be a loyal customer to this specific CVS location, and I will NEVER return. The new staff is awful. One person took a good 5 minutes to ring me up 1 item, and gave me the wrong change. A woman they hired has been rude to me the past two times I have been in. I asked her if there was someone who could help me find something, and she just stared at me. Went to walgreens right after and signed up for their rewards card. Worst cvs staff ever.

This is your typical CVS. Pharmacy staff is very friendly although it can be busy at times. There is a minute clinic here which is very convenient. The store has pretty much everything youd expect at a CVS. Lines at the register are often long; they need to hire more people in my opinion, but at least the staff is friendly.

Nothing is ever simple or convenient with this pharmacy. Staff have zero concept of customer service. CVS policies are nonsensical and aggravating. Would never go here if my pharmacy benefit did not require it for certain scripts. Avoid.

This store is beyond filthy. I went in to change my familys prescriptions over and I was horrified of the condition of the store.
