Should have read the other reviews that said how awful this place was before going here. My husband and I bought 4 tires 2 months ago and one of them started leaking air due to a defect in the tire. They said it was leaking air from the rim and said they fixed it, but it was still leaking air. The tire is covered under manufacturers warranty, but they refused to replace. My husband and I thought, no big deal, we will just buy another tire even though it would cost us around $120 out of pocket. They told us the tire would be in the next day. I went there the next day and the tire still wasnt there, but it would be there tomorrow. I went the next day and the store manager Julian was extremely rude and ignored me and spoke to me in a condescending tone when I asked if the tire arrived. He ignored me for 10 minutes while taking a phone call and doing a refund for another person. Finally, I asked him again when the tire would be in and he said "tomorrow". I waited a few more days because surely the tire would be in by then, right? I went in yesterday and Nick who was very polite told me that it still wasnt there and that he would call and get the tire delivered ASAP. I went in today and I get Julian again and he ignores me for 5 minutes until I finally ask again and then he says that the tire was discontinued. I just bought 4 of the tires 2 months ago and during the 1.5 weeks where I was waiting for this tire, no one told me that the tire was discontinued at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE unless you want to be treated rudely and given the runaround. Unprofessional and incompetent workers, especially the store manager Julian. Read the other reviews from other customers, this is not a one time occurrence.

My SUV got a flat so I had it patched and brought it to Mavis for a new tire. Ordered 2 tires since its all wheel drive and was told theyd be there the next day at 1 and to bring it that afternoon and theyll take me right away. Left work early the next day to get there at 4, the delivery was late. I couldnt wait around and told them Id be back the next morning (Saturday). Showed up Saturday, they put it on the lift, took the tires off and then told came in and told me the tires didnt arrive the day before. What kind of competent business starts any job before making sure they parts needed to complete the job are in stock? So I give them a hard time about it and he calls his distribution center and says theyll be on the fast shuttle and will arrive later that day. I told them to call me when they arrive before I waste any more time. No phone call that day or the next. Im on the phone with them now and they cant find my order. What in the hell is wrong with them??? Never using them again!

En este lugar ordene unas ruedas cooper y me instalaron unas ruedas starfire, que supuestamente son de la misma marca.Creo que es una falta de respeto,que órdenes algo y te pongan lo que les de la gana. Estoy muy decepcionado de este lugar que no sólo me cobraron de mas sino que me an echo perder mucho tiempo, y eso no se recupera nunca.

Had 2 tires mounted, no problem. Few days pass, and both tires have gone flat/lost air. They replaced the valve stems with no questions asked, but told me my car has a slow start. I told them I knew it was my battery, and just needed the tires done. I know they have to make sales, but they didnt need to check what I already knew. I said no, got in my car and left. As Im getting on the highway, I see my hood flopping in the wind.. Find out they checked my battery and never closed my hood completely. Good thing I was still in the right lane and pulled over fine, but if I hadnt noticed, my hood would have been against my windshield.

Young kids that dont know how to work with cars and are disrespectful. Just went in to get a tire checked and the kid that went to get the car didnt take the ebrake off and drove it like that. I got aggravated because of this and confronted the kid, then the kid at the counter didnt want to check my tire and sent me packing. As I was driving away the kid that drove my car was cursing at me, like I cared (really?) Ill make sure none of my family and friends go to this place. Very unprofessional.

Had a major unexpected issue with one of my tires on a Sunday afternoon and wanted immediate repair....Called ahead, Niko gave me an honest assessment about price and time....Came in and the car was done in a timely fashion, plus I feel that I got a great deal, great service and great tires...5 Stars well deserved and I will be back, will recommend service....Thank you, Niko and Rob for being honest and professional.

I found the customer service to be polite and informative. Recently I drove my car there to have an oil change and they did it in a timely manner. The gentleman at the register had showed me that my tires needed to be replaced. He walked with me into the service area and I saw with my own eyes that he was correct, He also recommended a tire that was not expensive but would be able to withstand many miles.

Very courteous and helpful. I came to them with a serious misalignment and vibration on my steering wheel from a small accident. They realigned my vehicle to perfection and replaced my rims with a pair I provided because I scratched the hell out of the drivers side pair. Not once did I feel they were trying to rip me off like other places. I highly recommend them.

Best mavis Ive been too. Are true to their word and made getting new tires ,balancing and aligning my g35 so easy even with my difficult work schedule. My car drove like new after the alignment. Have gotten 2 others and never felt a difference like this. Thank you guys

Worst place ever. Dont bother going there. They tell you one price on the phone and you get there they give you something else. Their services are more expensive than any other places Ive been too.

Ive had a few things done here synthetic oil change for 41 bucks is a good deal other mechanic work can cost a lot. They paid labor hourly wage went from 88 dollars to 114 a hour which is alot
