THREE disgruntled checkers with attitude issues here at this store!!! However, ONE very nice older woman checker with gray hair who is sweet as can be and one young man with brown hair who is also very nice and personable. I deserve RESPECT and to be treated KINDLY from EVERY checker here!!! And, almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in there, I have to walk back in after checking my receipt in my car because they OVERCHARGED ME OR THERE ARE MISTAKES ON MY RECEIPT!!!! As for the selection and cleanliness, it is good. Prices are quite high though. Now I am back to going to Trader Joes in Aliso Viejo, I should not have left or stopped going there! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ I LOVE TRADER JOES checkers and EVERYONE in that store has always been the nicest sweetest to me, ALWAYS!!! And, YOU NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER HAVE MISTAKES ON YOUR RECEIPT AT TRADER JOES!!! I dont miss Vons at all and now I only go in there VERY RARELY to buy one or two things. Or, I just go in there to rent a movie at the Redbox machine. Employees at TRADER JOES, COSTCO and SPROUTS all TREAT ME EXCEPTIONALLY WELL and I appreciate them for that.... Lol, I even get treated better by the employees at the 99 cents only store on El Toro road...THAT says a lot too! Yikes Vons!!!...teach your employees HOW IMPORTANT it is to treat customers well and with complete and total respect, as they would wish to be treated.... Geesh, SMH....

This Vons blew me away the first time I walked in, there was a place to make your own peanutbutter (from about a dozen nuts), a gourmet nut bar, fresh bread, excellent supply of organic household items and foods, etc. The store is always very clean and I am always impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff is. I never feel like I have to hunt someone down to try and find something. I love the double coupons and they always have a nice cut of meat and some veggies on sale. Overall, great place to buy and nice environment for shopping.

The store itself is nice, and has a much better selection than the other store in the area, however, I avoid coming here now because the parking lot is such a circus. They allow solicitors to hangout in front of the door and just yesterday I was actually blocked from getting to my car by some overzealous greenpeacer. Add that to the kid selling candy bars to stay off drugs" and the countless beggers at every exit and entrance to the shopping center and its more of a guilt trip than a grocery trip.

The Food is great! The customer service even better! I had a problem with ordering a while back and owners personally took care of the situation The chicken is really good. There is solute reason this place stays packed. The portions are huge, so youll most likely have food left over. If you can try out the mack and cheese. You wont be disappointed. I recommend everyone try out Vons. Quite possibly the best chicken in .Laguna Niguel.

Vons Grocery Store is a pleasant and enjoyable grocery store to shop in. The service personnel are fantastic and do everything they can to assist you. The only suggestion I have is to replace their electric carts. The steering devise is always in need of repair. They are very difficult to steer because they are always so loose and unpredictable.

I go here once in a blue moon to find a couple items, and it takes me at least two walks around the store to find them. And then when I get to the front to check out, all I see are the workers messing around and chit chatting, not bothering to even acknowledge me. Much better luck at Ralphs, which is where I go from now on.

Just moved here.love the store.set up well.lots of variety.cannot believe they gave out free samples of vodka in the store.drink shop then drive.I got potatoes went bad in 2 DAYS.love the gas discount they give.service has been ok

Always clean prices are a little high but their Deli and their Bakery is great they have the best French Bread & rolls in the area. They also have a sushi chef on hand fresh sushi is always great I love their tiger rolls.
