Be very careful of this location, their safety standards are not up to par! I was shopping here on April 9th and buying beer for my husband. A 12 pack of Pacifico was not sealed correctly and broke open while I grabbed it off of the shelf to put it into my cart. All 12 beers fell out and shattered on my foot and the floor, slicing open my big toe. The management was immediately concerned, but has recently proven unhelpful. That same day, I immediately went to urgent care and received four stitches in my toe. I have attempted to contact the manager (Roman) at this Ralphs location and Kroger customer care to no avail. I now have medical bills this organization has not been willing to pay, nor have they been willing to connect with me to discuss my case. This seems to be a classic case of the big company ignoring the little person. Its very disappointing but it seems to be the runaround that we all get these days. I am simply looking for reimbursement of the $400 (do they not have insurance?) in medical bills that I have incurred because of their negligence. Unfortunately, I have been offered no solution after numerous attempts with Kroger customer care, and Roman at this specific location will not do anything. I will never be shopping here again and neither should you.

Its close to where I live. Thats the upside. And their meat and dairy are always very cold, so props there as well. But the service is mediocre at best, and the store itself is just, well, meh. Whenever I go in there, I always see the store manager doing entry level merchandising. Perhaps if he spent more time working with the staff, the overall vibe of the store would improve. If Stater Bros opened up in the old Haggen location, they would absolutely demolish this Ralphs.

I wish this Ralphs had a larger selection of Asian and Mexican ingredients. They need to carry yakisoba (the good kind) and dried chiles. With so many Mexican Americans in the area, youd think Ralphs would be smart to cater to the cooking needs of the demographic. Oh and jump on the craft beer bandwagon already! Keep up neighborhood Ralphs!

Ive tried this store, by my house, about 8 or 9 times. It has been my experience each time that the service is unfriendly at best to downright rude. Ive been going to the Ralphs in Laguna Hills on Alicia, which is 3x further, but very nice and with the nicest people working there.

A great Ralphs location in the area. Always very clean, well organized, and full of friendly and knowledgable employees to help. Chuck in seafood rocks! Parking can get a rough full at times, but the lot is bigger than it looks.

its nice that its open till 1am, but its kind of awkward shopping late because they pull shades down over all the produce, meat and cheeses.. so in order to shop you have to pull up a shade just to peek in to see whats there..
