This location consistently has lines back up into the isles with very little help throughout the store. No one ever apologizes for the long lines, as the cashiers are so used to being worked hard with a little thank you from store management. When I have asked about the lines before, three different cashiers say that if they talk about it they fear they will be fired. Way to go Giant Eagle, spreading fear in your ranks. The deli counter is generally served by only person, with 10+ folks in line during busy times. I have complained to the "manager on duty" and the "store manager" about the deli twice and while standing in line (I called the main store phone number to get them to come over) I was told that they would help if they were trained to cut meat. Instead they stood there and either intimidated the lady behind the counter or told her to speed up. The manager on duty told me that they purposely leave the deli short staffed push people to select items from the meat and cheese that has been pre-packaged. In the end, I will give kudos to the pharmacy, who is always staffed and willing to help. Hire more people to match the traffic and high costs, as I can go to Trader Joes or Aldi and walk out with a bill that is 60% to 75% of what I pay at your chain.

Horrible service!!! Spent over an hour in this store and I only had 8 items. After waiting in line for 20 minutes and checking out, I was shorted $1.48 on my change. The cashier obviously couldnt count even with the help of the automated register and screens. I asked for a manager and waited and waited, no one came. Then, I asked another employee to call the manager and he told me to walk over to customer service to wait for one. After waiting over another 20 minutes, I became very frustrated and asked the employee at customer service where a manager was. She told me the manager was on break!!! Finally, in comes the manager who had to count the drawer and look at camera footage to verify that I didnt get my correct amount of change. This was the worst grocery shopping experience ever!!! I told the manager that I would NEVER shop there again! Please save your time, money and sanity by never going to this understaffed place.

The store has a great range of products on the shelves. But heaven help you if you need assistance. Its like pulling teeth to get someone, and then if they dont have an answer, you can pretty much forget about front help from someone who does. The cashiers pretty much have a bad attitude. Though there are exceptions. I generally prefer self checkout when possible. On the odd occasion that it tells me something isnt right, it takes up to 5 minutes to get any assistance. Ive seen people take their items and walk, and nobody chased them. I guess thats why they make you use your advantage card up front; so they can track you if you steal at those machines!

Just left $70 worth of food sitting on the floor. Finally got service at the meat counter after the lady was giving her medical history to a customer. 5 minutes! Go to check out and the lines were backed up into the isles! Stood there for 15 minutes! One person made thru the self check out! Did not have any express lanes, closed off with shopping carts. Got home and phoned this place TWICE asking for the Manager! 1st time was a 8 minute hold, Hung UP! 2nd time was "We are under staffed" from someone other than the Manager! ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY! 10 MINUTES ON HOLD! Hung up again! Good Luck shopping at this place.

Id give it a 0 star if I could. This is the absolute worst Giant Eagle Ive ever been in. Produce section is garbage. Ive bought fruit and its gone bad in a day. The selection is, well there is no good selection of anything in this store. The people who work there are not friendly what so ever. And WAY TOO OVER PRICED!! I have honestly stopped shopping there and getting gas at the Transportation Road Get Go. No need to support that franchise any longer

Good location and endless parking. Literally there are so many parking spots its crazy. But the best thing is that there is so much variety. You can get so many healthy options here and the meat is pretty good. The only downside, its not cheap. But if you spend more money, you get fuel perks so you get free gas which is cool. The staff is okay too, some people are super helpful and some arent, but either way I find what I need and I leave happy.

I hate coming here I live in Garfield & I would rather drive all the way to Solon and go to there location. The lines are always long and its never enough staff. At this moment its 1:31am Im standing in a line which Ive been in for 20 minutes, theres about 5 people in front of me, 2 other staff have walked past never opened another line helped the guy at the register or anything. This is very unprofessional & not acceptable.

Simply the worst Giant Eagle Ive ever been in my life the people who work there have got such a cry face on them that thay really do hate their job especially when you go to the pharmacy, I dont know why but the people that work at the pharmacy hate their job more than they hate life itself, the organization should really change the staff here, its in desperate need of help.

I Found out my foods were contaminated thanks to CityView Center being built on a landfill, I Dont like Giant Eagle now for keeping a store like this open when big major retailers like Walmart, Marshalls and JO-ANN Fabrics left, if i could sue Giant Eagle, i would definitely do so. never coming back again.

most of it is fine, but the bathrooms are constantly covered in urine and smell like the outdoor restrooms at a park. very unsanitary and has been that way basically since it opened. the management really needs to do something

Dont really feel safe at this location, the entire complex is vacant and deserted. The store is fine, but they seem to have more space than they need, and the layout is kinda messed up as you move towards non food items.

I am here weekly for groceries. It always has everything i need, unlike some other Giant Eagles. It also has a great floral department with balloons and plants, and so many wines. And a liquor store! One stop shop.

This store should be like all the other Giant Eagles. It is always clean, neat, organized and well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. You feel like you are in a ghost town though with nothing else around.
