Really upset with the deli. I always order their subs and go out of my way to go to this publix because the service is so much nicer then loch leven but this time ......,,I ordered 4 subs. Got home two were great the other two the bread was so dry that it crumbled when eating it. I went back in today got another sub and asked if the bread was fresh and told them about the two from yesterday and the asst manager (I assume) dont want to call her out by name, but was wearing a different colored shirt only says the bread is really fresh today. I dont want anything free but how about an "Im sorry you spent 13$ on two subs that sucked. I will make sure these are really good". A simple apology for serving bread that Im positive they knew sucked when they were making the sandwiches. Time for the service to get back on their A game. Not happy.

The store is clean and the employees very helpful and will do their utmost to find things for you. I noticed though, that a lot of them left to go to the new Publix in Sorrento. Publix is expensive for example, at Aldis you can get a can of organic black beans for .79 and at Publix theyre $1.49, big difference. They seem to be trying to keep up with Walmart, offering buy one, get one items now. The pharmacy is good, although I have been called wrongly a couple of times due to mistaken, duplicate orders, but not a big deal.

This Publix is the worst one Ive seen. I love Publix in general but this store is typically a disappointment. They are inconsistent in keeping the items I regularly purchase in stock. Things will disappear from the store shelves for months but Ill find them at other stores including other Publix locations. The staff are fine and friendly just like all Publix, thats the only reason I do ANY shopping there. I just cant count on this store to have what I need... other than milk and few other basics.

I would like to extend my thanks to the manager for his kind gesture which was over-the-top. I was checking out on Thursday May 11th and he held the concern for the customer in highest regard. It left me with such exileration that I couldnt wait to tell all my friends what he did that he didnt have to do nor asked for by me. He was very sensitive to the customer! I appreciate that and wanted everyone to know that" Its always a pleasure shopping at Publix."

This store, sadly my local store, is badly managed. They are constantly running out of basic items, like milk and butter. Publix itself is not a great store. It caters to a perception of what middle America eats and has little to offer a creative cook. I wish there were an alternative; however the nearest stores to offer a better selection of produce, meats, organics, and international ingredients are more than half an hour from here.

The service is really what makes this store stand out. I have never met an employee here who was not friendly, helpful, and courteous. The store is always clean and the merchandise displayed attractively. Its a real pleasure shopping here!

This was the worst experiance i have ever had. I call the pharmacy i get there and another lady says oh im not filling that for you. Waste my gas & tine with my 2 yr old daughter i will nevrt use this store again!!

I bought a pre-made salad for lunch today back by the fresh cut fruit and it is now in the trash. The lettuce was unwashed and had grit in every bite. Gross!!
