Go here all the time. The workers are friendly. As long as you avoid the bakery. The women working there have been there for years and they are BEYOND rude and mean to you if you ask anything or have a complaint. I go elsewhere for my bakery. Other then that the store is always stocked, it has some amazing sales too. Lines are usually a bit slower during peak hours and if your in a hurry their self checkout lines are super fast. No real complaints other then I wish their Western Union booth was not up front because its super noisy and you cant hear the person on the phone.

Not enough regular registers with cashiers. You have to have your advantage card to do the self checkout and there is no way for you to look your card up. The employees walk by as your groceries pile up at the end of register but they never offer to bag while you check out. You should get a discount for ringing/ bagging your own groceries.

This Giant Eagle has the rudest staff working for their bakery! I will never order a thing from these people again. And not only is the service rude at the bakery so is the staff working at the deli!

All the employees are super courteous! Giant Eagle has more of a selection than other stores and there is plenty of room to maneuver. Im a vegetarian and I have lots of food options.
