This is absolutely the worst Giant Eagle I have ever been to! It used to be a toss up between this one and the one in Willowick, but this one has recently taken the cake. The store obviously needs a facelift, the produce section is tiny and minimally stocked, and the worst of all, the meat counter is worthless! They only use half of the meat counter, and if you need something out of it its impossible to find one of the butchers! The bathrooms are always disgusting too! You can tell corporate doesnt give two thoughts about this store because it hasnt had any serious upgrades like the Willoughby or even the Mentor on the Lake store. I will drive out of my way to go elsewhere thank you!

Absolutely one of the worst Giant Eagles around. Hopefully, the new management of the store cleans it up. The employees of the store are a bunch of miserable human beings that should be grateful they have a job, since no others would employ them. An assistant manager named Patty is unintelligent and unable to properly answer a question. The sooner this store is closed, the better.

Actually had a cashier yell at me today and when i asked for me receipt she wrinkled it up threw it in the trash. She then picked it out and tossed it at me. Again and again nothing but attitude from staff in this store. I will never return to this dump. Prices are to damn high anyways. Needs to be closed.

I like Giant Eagle; but the cashier I had a couple of weeks ago was very rude. She seemed to have a personality problem. The lady in the hot foods was wonderful though, so I guess it evened out.

Good Quality, Costs more than Meijer and Wal-Mart, More similar to Kroger. This store is always my third choice due to price. Like Krogers they offer fuel discounts at their Get-Go stations.

Not the best Giant Eagle, but not the worst either. They dont always have alot of stock and the workers arent as friendly as the other stores. I dont often go to this one.

Great selections available! Some things are a little overpriced but they have awesome weekly sales. Customer service has been outstanding!
