I test drove two vehicles, The first was a 2008 Jeep Liberty which had no AC and then a 2007 Jeep Commander which was also dirty and had the check engine light on. After speaking with the acting manager she stated to take the Jeep to my local mechanic ( I would have to pay for it ) and have him write down a list of repairs that were needed and she could see which repairs she could "get approved" but ultimately all the cars are sold as is. I understand the cars are going to have scratches and dents and small problems but when you advertise a vehicle that is ready for your customers and its filthy you have Parts literally falling off of it and the check engine light is on ( The 15,000.00 dollar Jeep Comander had the back rear wiper that fell off and was hanging) you are not helping your customers. Ultimately, I would say this company is a poor excuse for a JD Byrider. I guess it would be a Great Value brand Jd Byrider. Very Disappointed!!
