Customer service is excellent and deserving of 5 stars. There is a large selection of cars to choose from and most of the cars look really nice. Didnt see anything beat up or that looked like junk. Only giving 3 stars because the vehicle I was looking to purchase 2005 white chevy Tahoe had lots of mechanical issues. Which was a bummer bc the website makes it seem like they are so confident in their vehicles that they encourage you to take them else where to have inspected bc they will come with a good bill of health. That wasnt the case with this car. Also didnt like the fact that when I told them I was going to pass that they tried to make it seem like firestones inspection results were inaccurate and that their mechanic would verify that car was in great running condition.
