I love thrift stores, but even though I live within walking distance of this one, I seldom go in there. The clothes are crammed so tightly on the racks that its next to impossible to browse productively. Too much merchandise is damaged, stained, or otherwise not worth even a rock bottom bargain price. "Organization" is confusing, with racks situated illogically and unlabeled; housewares, toys, and the like are more junk store quality than clean and usable. All this could be vastly improved with good management, a caring staff, and at least one employee with an eye for the customers point of view. Lastly, and although I know so many people are troubled to the point of crankiness (especially now, and especially if the only work you can get is in a thrift store), a couple of the checkers at this location have been mean and rude beyond acceptable at least a dozen times during the past year - or every time Ive been checked out by them. They need understanding, compassion - and some helpful advise. I dont say one shouldnt frequent the place, but be ready for the environment. On the plus side,a couple of days a week the bargains are worth a stop, if you have the time.

I been visiting this place for about 3 years I used to love coming here...but cant say the same anymore the last 2 times i been here i had few questions about merchandise i was interested in buying and she was so rude and cold she gives the entire store such a negative vibe. Im not the kind of person that complains this is my first negative review i ever write but i guess Im still n chock of how can someone so impolite can be in charge of such a nice store ....with i even notice if not as nice and full as it used to be....i belive her name is ana but not so sure i asked the cashier but she is kind of tan curly hair and wears glases i just still cant belive she was the manager...specially as a business owner myself i know how important it is to make customers feel welcome and just a little smile can brake the ice many times and make such a big diferent on a customer experience.... ps ..any bussines not matter how big or small counts on customers to keep on and be able to provide for their families, community and employes lets appreciate and be thankful we have a job....

Shopped there last week. CLEAN store - very well organized and easy to find things. The dressing rooms could use some work, but there were so many choices of shorts and capris I really didnt mind! I have shopped there a number of times in the past 6 monthes and the people have always been helpful, maybe not THE friendliest - but nice! There are so many items that I go there when I dont have time to go store to store trying to find things cause they have the best selection as its a huge store!

I love this thrift store, but the prices in the last year have gone up so high! I am a single mom so when I go shopping for me I go there. Half the time it would be cheaper to go to the store it came from and just by it there. Also their prices have no order to them. A tank top could be $.99 and the exact tank top two shirts down will be $3.99.

This location is great. They always have a special for the day (i.e. yellow tags 1/2 off), and they work hard to keep their inventory refreshed and orderly. Some of the furniture was marked in the $100s the last time I visited, which is unusual, but I still found lots of bargains.

As for the last few reviews saying prices to high try red racks goodwill or major thrift they even higher. This store love the prices love that they actually have items available that are on sale for that week. Just love manager Mary shes fantastic

Dark, dingy. Really strange organization. Not a great selection for mens items. I get that a thrift store is about keeping overhead low, but it neednt look like a post apocalyptic land.
