Staff needs to take a class on how to talk to people and in customer service because they lack both of those things...Ive seen how they talk to the spanish only speaking customers and I am appalled...We saw the african american shoppers being watched like a hawk because they assumed they were stealing or going to steal...Their over the air announcements sound like theyre talking to inmates instead of customers...Forget getting a thank you or a hello...I wont shop there again...youre made to feel like "be grateful we even let you in our store" If all those that shop there would just stop for a week, customers would get some control back - but I doubt anyone would strike..typically in these types of neighborhoods we just let people walk all over us, treat us like crap and we just keep giving them our money looking pretty stupid...instead of insisting on being treated right, we just let them treat us like crap and we just take it and accept it. Youre not going to treat me like garbage and on top of that pay you for it...Ill just take my business elsewhere and I suggest others follow suit and do the same.. Bad attitudes and bad treatment - if they want to bite the hand that feeds them, why do you want to pay them for that?? Definetly over priced in some things, like they want their money all at once...uh, you do realize we have Walmart and Dollar Stores where we can find the same things brand new for cheaper, right? Really, a pair of baby booties/socks with pilings shouldnt be priced $1.98...Ridiculous..

it was my first visit with my client who doesnt speak English and the experience was not good as the staff pushed my client away as she was looking for the things, despite of that she managed to get some clothes for her family but as we were moving closer to the register in particular cashier African American she was so rude, she shouted and said in a rude word YOU NEED TO BRING THE THINGS HERE HERE HERE!!! pointing to the register i looked at her and said we are coming and why are you shouting and at that moment a guy came and said something to her and my client was confused as why the cashier was shouting so we just purchased one item went back as my client needed some more for her family and we continued shopping as i didnt want my client to be confused and lost later i decided not to come there any more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MANAGER NEEDS TO TRAIN THE STAFF WHAT A REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SPECIALLY TO THE CASHIERS!!!!!!! THEY NEED IT

5 Years ago I rated this store 5 stars. But in the last few years, Prices have Tripled, and Staff Attitudes have also tripled. Ive been moving away from shopping here so much, and have been buying New. This was the last good Thrift store in the area. But I wont pay $7 for Girls Jeans, when I can get them for the same price at a Khols sale. Ive also had multiple problems with one Black Female Worker. She shoves people aside, and has nearly knocked my daughter and myself down. She also gets attitudes with children for looking at Clothing in the kids section??? Seriously?

This place is horrible. Do not come here. We entered the place, unaware of the time it close. That doesnt matter, the way this women ordered people out of the atore was unprofessional. She yelled at everyone telling them to grab their last selections and head to the front in a rude manor. Im sorry. That is not professional and then she called someone child a rug rat.. Smh. Terrible. Shamw on that women and the clothing selections was not great as well.

People work in this store has very bad attitude toward customers. Perhaps, they dont learn English, so who cares about learning how to treating customers. The price is SKY HIGH, and they ONLY ACCEPT CASH. Stay away if you want to have a nice shopping day. STAY AWAY THEY PRICE THEIR STUFF LIKE IT NEW. You will have better luck on Ebay.

Clean. Well lit. Laid out nicely. EXCELLENT prices!! Good stuff! The only negative is that they dont display clothing according to size. And, there is No dressing room. Also, store is located by two other thrifts stores too. Go. Im certain youll be glad you did.

Wide variety of merchandise BUT I think all shoppers should be advised before you take too much to the counter..the only payment this store accepts now is CASH ONLY, no Debit card, no checks, no credit cards. I had to put a few items back!

I live down the street from this store. This store is a major rip off and has some of the worst customer service EVER!!! I DO NOT SUPPORT!!!! Id recomend any other thrift store before his one .. all they have is trashed anyways.
