This is a go-to thrift shop, however, their service is LACKING SO BADLY!!! If City Union Mission hired good salespeople they could be selling at leaxt 20-30% more daily;weekly all the time. the employees dont help, theyre just THERE. One told me they DO cherrypick the good stuff. They also make things up if they dont like you....as well as kick you out early when its 10 til. They need a better manager. The current one is good with people and product, just cant get the people to perform, as well as put the goods within reach of the customer behind the counter.

My favorite thrift store, both locations (Waldo and JoCo)! I cannot wait for the third to open (Shawnee). I like the clearance outlet store, too (NE area), where else can you get clothing for 99 cents every day? I can always find great brand names in womens clothing. The staff takes care in making sure the clothes are in good shape before putting them out for sale. Constant sales.

A little expensive for a thrift store. The 50 cent sale was not all what its made out to be. It was a very small selection. Very small. I do like this place tho. It was very neat and clean. Nice dressing rooms with huge doors no one can look over or under. No employees walking around staring at you like youre an alien. Ill come back one day.

Saw a pair of womens TODs driving mocs and a pair of beautiful womens Kenneth Cole (the real thing-- made in Italy, not Reaction) tasseled smoking slippers there yesterday. If I had the time and money, I would come here every day and shop. This thrift store selection is one of the fastest turning around. You can easily shop at this location throughout the day on busy days and always see something new. Do not pass up on something you really want, or it will be gone.

This place is a ripoff worst place to shop the guy with blonde hair thinks hes the best thing to ever be created! Let me tell you dude you aint all that you work at a thrift store! I would not recommend this place at all way too overpriced for what you are getting, rude staff, and not real clean!

Shop here all the time. Tons of womens clothing and shoes to choose from. Docked them one star because Ive never been in there when it smelled good, although Im not sure they can help that sometimes. Employees are friendly enough, if sometimes blunt. Overall a great place for some good finds.

Its a normal thrift store, however I dont think I would go back because the prices are higher than it should be at a thrift store. It should be cheaper than you can get it at the store , but many of the items were more expensive than a lot of thrift stores Ive been in.

This is a very nice thrift store with a lot of quality clothes and products with a friendly staff that is their to help your shopping experience be to where you want to come back. I think personally it is one of the nicest thrift stores in town.

The two male employees were very rude and disrespectful. One had told me to meet him outside making a joke which was inappropriate. Customer Service was very poor overall ratched. Store was clean and very reasonable priced.

City Thrift should be a vintage store. All the stores overprice there clothes. I stopped donating to all the stores. They wouldnt have to host sales days, if they marked there clothes were reasonable priced.

City Thrift has improved a lot over the last year. Much cleaner, better organized, etc. Their clothes are priced high, but this is the place to go for lamps, furniture, and housewares.
