The store is great very organized and good stuff but WHY is everyone so duxe not friendly. And its every time I come in! Especially this one elderly lady that does the ck out with short hair not to friendly and watches everyone like they are going to steal and lord dont go in around 3or 3 30 twice this person. Shouts out OK the store will close in30 min and must say that to everyone that walks in and repeats it every 5 min I just wonder why ? I even hear customers say it to I mean are they made to be there like to getthere community hours. Or Voluntary ??? Powell I guess thats why they are working at a thrift store instead of a major department store because they would not allowed to act like that

Prices are okay, the staff is incredibly unpleasant. The staff member who hit my baby in the face with a door did give a weak attempt at an apology, but if it hadnt been for her inconsiderate attitude in the first place, it never would have happened. Ive been in this store quite a few times over the years and they have always seemed genuinely afraid to be friendly to customers. They will accept donations, but they surely wont dish out signs of gratitude, and they will take your money, but they just dont seem to have the energy to be friendly while they do it. Its a shame.

Worse customer service so far in M.I. Nasty attitude, some items are fair but others are overpriced considering is a thrift store and everything is donated. The lady in charge should not be working in a place where human interaction is required because she lacks touch. Dont bother with this place.

Its okay, but if youre not just looking for clothes and books, the selection is limited. Would be fantastic for clothes and books though!
