This store is the worst Salvation Army thrift store that I have ever been to.I wanted to get this toy for my niece. The tag said that it was 69 cents, tan tag (that color was 25% off). I went to go check out, and the cashier lady ARGUED with me saying, "That is NOT the right price sticker. It is $1.99" so I asked her if itd still be a tan discount and she said, "No. The tag is supposed to be a blue sticker. That toy came yesterday and I remember putting a BLUE tag on it." So I called the manager over, and she argued with me, saying that it was actually supposed to be $3.99, not tan tagged.I then proceeded to tell her that the cashier had told me that I could purchase it for $1.99 and the manager argued with me about that, plus the cashier lied and said, "I did not say that. I said that it could be $1.99 and up." (that is not what she said at all).I also know that this has been happening a lot at this Salvation Army thrift store. My sisters and their friends have had the same trouble with this store; the employees and manager arguing with the customer about the price tag that is on an item.Another thing, they OVER PRICE things a lot. Somethings that you could get brand new for $10, they price used for $20 or more. This is sad, because I fully support Salvation Army and the fact that when I shop there, the proceeds go to help those in need.Bottom Line: The employees and even the manager is rude and the prices are way too high. I will NEVER shop at this Salvation Army Thrift Store location again.

Appallingly horrendous customer service. I found a purse I wanted to purchase that didnt have a price marked, and waited in line for the cashier to tell me the price and ring it up for me. She told me that she couldnt sell it to me, because it was unmarked, and the person who lists the items wasnt here. I was kind of confused as to why the item would be out on the floor if it wasnt sellable, but I asked how long it would take for the person to be back. The cashier instructed me to call in an hour, and the price should be decided. I leave, call exactly an hour later, and the same woman answers the phone and tells me that someone came in and purchased the item already. The store was on my way back home, and I felt completely certain that someone did NOT come in and purchase this item that quickly, so I stopped back in. When I walked in, the same cashier asked me if I was looking for the purse, and admitted that she wanted it, and bought it herself??? I was honestly too shocked to even react, though I should have asked to speak to a manager immediately. She literally admitted to having me leave the store, so she could purchase the item herself. I couldnt even believe it. Honestly, I dont NEED another purse, and if she would have just been upfront about wanting it for her daughter or something, I would have had no problem giving it to her. I just dont understand why she had to be deceptive about it. I work retail as well, and I would absolutely be fired for pulling something like that.

The cashier (older woman with red hair) between 5-7pm on Aug. 10, 2016 treated us horribly. We found a black leather bag with skulls on it that was unmarked. We took it to the front to ask the price and she told us she didnt know and we would have to call back in an hour to get the price from a coworker. She was unwilling to hold it for us, yet put it behind the counter. We called at 6 exactly and it had magically sold. We went back to the store, suspicious of what happened. She made up a story about having bought it long ago and having it set aside. Obviously if this had been true, she could have told us that at the beginning of this ordeal and we would have been none the wiser. Long story short, she admitted to buying it for herself. This is a horrible abuse of her position.

This store used to be affordable but now I might as well walk across the street to Platos closet. They priced the womens shirts for 7.99-8.99 when they used to be 2.99-4.99. When I asked one of the employees if they had someone knew pricing she said yes and then asked if there was a problem. I told her no i just thought the prices were a little high now and she told me that no one had asked me to shop there.... Rude not to mention you get all of these items for... FREE.

I love the stores and companies that are focused on helping people and the community. Salvation Army does a lot of good so I try to stop by a store if I see one and I have been coming back to this location for years. The store is setup with a large selection of mens and womens clothing in the front. There is a small furniture and household section in the back along with the books. Each day has a different special color with discounts and the staff is helpful.

I was really excited to check this place out but was quickly disappointed when I went in. It wasnt very clean and organized and the first item I looked at was a tiny faux leather HM cross body purse that we priced as $20! It wouldnt cost that much new! So then I wasnt surprised to find many other things overpriced. So not only are things overpriced, they arent organized by size

I love this store. I have been going here for 2 years now and visit a couple times every month. The prices are the best of any thrift store in the area, and there is a large selection of clothing and housewares. I have never had any problems with the staff. They are always very kind, so I am not sure what some if the lower reviews are about. I highly recommend this store!

This is probably one of the better Stocks Salvation Army places Ive ever been. I have actually found a couple of legitimate items there. Most of the time if I go to a place specifically looking for an item, I will never find it. But at this place I found exactly what Im looking for every time. Maybe its just luck. I dont however understand why it is closed on Sundays.

Not only do they over price items, they also violate the merchant agreements with credit cards. DO NOT SHOW THEM YOUR ID!!! My identity was stolen by one of their employees, because he asked for my DL and stole my card info. All 3 major cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) make the retailers sign an agreement which states they are NOT allowed to look at ID.

The lady who was at the front counter this a.m. (July 11, 2016) was meaner than a junk yard dog. I was bringing things in to give, I will not be back. I have never been met with such disdainfulness. There was another guy who came in and was trying to make small talk and she was disdainful of him as well. You guys need some new help.

Just dirty... I cant tell because it hasnt been remodeled since the 70s or because no one cares to clean it, but I cant enter this store without getting the feeling that I stumbled through a time portal and into an abandoned shopping center.
