This store is clean and well-organized with a nice clothing selection but the staff is not too helpful or professional. I returned some clothes that didnt fit and the cashier started smacking her lips all ghetto-like and accused me of removing their little colored store tags after flopping the shirt in question around lazily a couple of times. I had to rustle around the shirt myself to find the still attached tag while she stood there and glared at me and smacked her lips (that is just SO GHETTO and RUDE). She should have been looking for the tag instead of smacking her lips and looking at me like I was trying to pull a scam and get away with $4 whole Goodwill dollars of store credit. Oh yeah, and no refunds, only store credit, which I have never heard before and I shop at lots of different Goodwill stores. This store is also very proud of their free donated clothes and reflect that in their prices. $10 for a used simple black cotton wrap dress? You have lost your mind, Goodwill. As for this store, I dont think I like it or its employees at all. I wont be going back, even with their stupid store credit, which is a handwritten receipt with no official looking store paperwork that I dont trust due to issues with other places pulling similar scams with returns then not honoring their handwritten agreement later after having cooked up some excuse as to why they wont honor their own written receipt (try, "she doesnt work here any more" or "I havent ever heard of her" or "we cant prove its from our store"). I dislike stores that force that policy upon you.

Prices are to high a tee shirt is 6.95 for a used one. You can buy a new one at wal mart for that price. Goodwill is all donated clothes and suppose to be items for low income people to afford. Not for goodwill to get wealthy. I will not be shopping @ goodwill I will go to one of the independent resale shops

Their prices are ridiculously high compared to other Goodwills I have gone to. Even in the Denver area where I live and there are very high class and rich people that shop at ours, the prices are much lower and have way better sales.

Prices are to damn high for items being donated. Really this store needs to drop their prices, this is not a retail store, but a store to help people that has a lower budget than most.

I went there for a mens shirt. All of them for men were $6.49 plus tax. Was expensive. Might as well have gone to the mall.
