Worst place ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Staff is horrible and full of lies!!!! my favorite bracelet that i had for 8 years broke 3 months ago. and Jeweled elephant was the only place that i know who fixes jewelry in my area. my mistake for going there. after i took it there 2.5 months ago they told me it will be fixed in 1week-10days. when i came in 10 days they told me to come in 10 more days. and once again when i came 10 days latter it was still not fixed and i was told to come 10 days latter. Finlay 1 month latter it was fixed! or so i though? 6 days latter the spring broke again!!!!! i had to take the bracelet back to them. they apologist and said that it would be fixed in a week max. i came to pick it up and .... it was not done!!! now its been a month again... i went there i would say 5 more times in between... and each time got a different lie... from Im sick my wife is sick my mom is sick i didnt have the spring or its getting fixed in shop down town Chicago and it will be here tomorrow (thats what they told me yesterday).... Finlay when i came there today they told me they cant fixed it! 2 Months latter!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! lies after lies after lies! that place defiantly doesnt deserve any business!!! I will never go back there again!

The Jeweled Elephant is AWESOME! I live in HP and recently went in to have my fiances tahitian pearl+diamond engagement ring resized. They knew my fiance did not want to be without her ring for very long and they resized it in less than 3 hours! AMAZING!!! This was on a Saturday as well, and they were super busy, and they still made it happen! I highly recommend them!

Knowledgeable, honest and friendly--I dropped off a watch for repair and told it would require a week as all watch repair is sent out. (Something I learned all jewelers in the area do as well) One week later I picked up my watch. All good.
