Where do i start i ordered a custom necklace for mothers day i bought it on the 5th they told it it should take up to 2 weeks for delivery.They also offered a gift with purchase. Now my mother lives in texas and i live in california so i dont see her often which made it more sentimental. The next day i get a email confirming that my package has gone out. Once the package arrived to my moms house i had my family all sit around and when they open the package it was nothing but a bracelet that I did not order what was said to be the gift for purchase. Then I called the company and they told me that they did not have an estimated time to be sent out and then they would let me know in 2 to 3 weeks. Then I just called today and they told me it will take another 2 to 3 weeks I came to the realization that although this company may come from Chicago that their customer service office is clearly not from Chicago everyone seems to have an accident and no one seems to understand me. I didnt appreciate the way I was treated over the phone. And I would never purchased anything from this company again I would never recommend them know what I even speak their name.

Do not order from Limoges Jewelry. The customer service is lousy! They tell you they are going to do something and they dont follow through. A week after I received my ring the stone fell out and its been almost two months now and I am still trying to get them to send me a pre-paid label so I can return it for repair.

beware this is a fake company I have reported to the consumers affair and the BBB about this office . This people take your money and run . I also contacted the police department and they will take care of it soon .
