Ive tried to go there twice and they have closed early. Tonight I called 40 minutes ahead to make sure they would be open. A woman answered the phone in Spanish and then told me that they closed at 6 and they would be open till 6. I told them I was coming straight there. I arrived at 5:35 and the door was locked and a man and woman was waving me to leave and that they were closed. I gestured that I had just spoke to them on the phone and they turned around. I wish I could have understood the 5 star rating on google. I just needed a simple necklace repair. I wont try again.

I went in to get a ring resized. It was quick and simple to figure out my size and she took my ring back and got it started. It only took about 20 minutes to get my ring sized and it was very inexpensive! I expected to pay at least $50 since I wanted to add more gold to the band, but it was only $30. If you need to get a ring resized, this is the place to go. It doesnt even look like its been altered! I will definitely be a return customer.

Bad customer service, I just brought a chain to be repair and they state I never purchase the chain in their jewelry, even with my receipt on my hand. Refuse to help me, I HATE IT....NEVER SENDING NEW CUSTOMERS.
