I live in Southern California, where bling is king, and a so-called "jewelry store" is on every corner - from "Skip and Steve" (ugh) to Rodeo Drive and every strip mall and galleria in between - and I patently refuse to buy jewelry anywhere else or have our bracelets, watches, etc. repaired by anyone else but Franz Jewelers. Period. It is well worth the wait/expense of shipping and all just to know that the folks with their name on the door are going to be honest, fair with you and will do the job right.
