Overall a good experience, though I was more than a little worried at first about buying a car sight unseen from an Internet site. Some of these reviews helped alleviate my concern. The car, an Audi A8, was in generally excellent condition...allowing for the fact that it is a year and a half old with 18K on it. You cant expect 100% showroom perfect in a vehicle like this...and youre not paying for it, either. My rating would be 5 stars, except there was a glitch on delivery. The transport truck broke down about 125 miles from our home, and the driver had no clue when he would be moving again. So the wife and I oped to drive the 125 miles to pick up the car. The problem is it was absolutely filthy from the trip from Utah to Florida. It was so dirty I could not see out the windows until I washed them at a gas station. Immediately upon arriving home, I took it to a car wash, but I could not get it clean. I then made an appointment for full detailing a couple days later. I informed the seller of this by email but got no reply. Now, youd think as a matter of customer goodwill, the seller would pick up the cost of detailing a filthy car for which one paid the better part of $60K. For $125 they would have gotten a 5 star review. Whats the price of ones reputation, anyway? Still, I would not hesitate to buy with confidence from these folks.

Ive visited this location many times just to see the cars they have on hand. Its seriously like going to a museum. At this location, Ive seen: -- A $1M Rolls Royce -- Three GTRs (at the same time) -- Ferrari 458s -- Bentleys -- Two Mercedes AMGs (at the same time) -- Tesla Model S -- Many Aston Martens, including a Vantage S Oh, and I will never forget to mention the absolutely gorgeous BMW i8 with the most incredible interior Ive ever seen in a car. Enough about the cars (you ask for it and theyll get it for you). Now, the people. There is no "middle man" or "Boss" that a sales guy has to go "see" only to come back with a fake grimace and a different number. No, you want to see the boss (Abdul), you go see him and hell show you exactly where his information comes from. Ive watched this man on two phone calls while buying/selling cars on three online auctions (which are very fast) and he never missed a beat. If youve got a spare couple of hours, go in and look at the amazing cars (especially the ones in the garage). Like I said, its like a museum, only you dont have to pay admission.

BUYER BEWARE: I purchased a 03 Porsche Carrera 4S from specialized sales and leasing sight unseen. When in negotiation with the dealership I would have no problem getting in contact with someone in the sales staff however, after receiving the car I found issues with it that were not mentioned to me and no one would answer the phone for me. When I received the car the headlights were not working, the rear tires needed to be replaced, the clutch was shot and many little trim pieces were broken and needed to be replaced. The car also had paint work on the whole left side. After finally getting ahold of someone at the dealership I was offered $500 to make everything right. I had already invested over $1,000 in the car just so that I could safely drive it and had another $3,000 worth of repairs left. Once I got through to the owner he offered me $600 and told me he had no more room to negotiate. If you are planning on purchasing a car from this dealer please think again. At the least send the car to a reputable dealership for a pre purchase inspection.

Of all the car-buying experiences Ive had, this one has been the best by far! First of all, the inventory is absolutely incredible. They have every kind of high-end luxury and exotic car you can imagine, and that makes looking for a car much easier than any franchise dealership because you have so many more options to choose from, all in one place. Not only do you get amazing cars at unbelievable prices, the staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and non-biased. After test driving several cars that I had been interested in, I made the decision to go with a 2015 BMW 328i. I couldnt be happier with my purchase! Every part of this car-buying experience was great, but most of all, it was quick, easy, and I was very happy with the price. **UPDATE** After three months of owning my BMW, I have nothing but good things to say about Specialized Sales and Leasing. I will definitely be returning here in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a great car at a great price.

I had been looking for an S4 for about 6 months and every time I tried to close out on a sale or negotiate, the dealer ripped me off or tried to tack on hidden fees and expenses. First off, the S4 I got was way below market price, it had all the options possible and was extremely clean, I thought it was too good to be true. I flew out to Salt Lake and Abdul picked me up after the shop was closed, got me in for a test drive and to check it out, and it closed out the deal within 20 minutes, after signing all the paperwork and everything. Such an amazing experience and I am so happy with my car, Abdul and his crew are genuine, nice and I would definitely go back and would recommend it to others. Little things like giving an out the door price, filling up the gas tank before leaving the lot, free pick up from the airport and them working so hard to make you happy drives anyone back. Best prices best service.

I recently purchased my 2008 Audi RS4 from Specialized. I contacted their number and I believe the owner was the gentleman i spoke with. He got all the paperwork over to my bank very quickly and was very prompt in replying to any questions i had via text. Let me make it known that I live in Connecticut... I requested to see the car and the only day I was available was a Sunday (which they are closed on sundays). I flew out sunday morning, they offered to pick me up at the airport and allowed me to go into their dealership and take a look at the car I would be purchasing. I was amazed as to how easy the car buying process was and how friendly the staff at Specialized are. I would look to buy from Specialized again or recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to go here. Quality customer service with Quality luxury cars. I couldnt be happier.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with these people, from the beginning they never cared about me and the purchase i was prepared to make. They wouldnt let me take it to my mechanic to check it out before i bought it. I tried talking to them but i was constantly cut off by a phone call that obviously was more important then me, and when the call unexpectedly dropped he cursed at his phone right next to me. These people dont care who buys their cars and dont care to give you a good experience they just want a pay check. There was a problem with the center part of the steering wheel where the air bag was and they said it was a common problem for the car and the make, but after talking to a Ken Garf dealership they said that it was a complete lie. They lie about their vehicles and they dont care about customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!
