If theres such a thing as a perfect car dealership, Hertz Ogden is the one! Ive bought seven cars from them in the past 20 years and will be back in the future. The entire staff is courteous, professional, and most important, NOT PUSHY. Ive never felt like anyone at Hertz has tried to steer me towards a vehicle more expensive than what I can afford. In particular, Josh has helped me out several times. He recently gave me some great suggestions on how to refinance my loan to lower my car payment, but unfortunately America First would not cooperate and help me out. Thats no fault on Hertzs part, but I do wish theyd offer an alternative to America First for financing because AFCUs customer service is poor at best.

This was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. No pressure, no haggling, no stress. We gave Josh the details of what we were looking for and the price we were willing to pay, then we just waited. He didn’t badger us. We weren’t in a hurry so he was able to search without pressure from us as well. It took about a month but he was able to find us the car of our dreams. And his service didn’t end there….The customer service rendered by him & his co-workers, as well as the service received from your mechanics has continued to be outstanding. Josh was referred to us by our friends and we will definitely be recommending him to all our family and other friends as well.

Our experience with Hertz was incredible. Our salesman Josh Ray is incredible! When the first car we purchased didnt quite work out, he told us to come on back in and he had a better vehicle in mind. We ended up going home with a newer car for less money. While we paid cash for the car, we still received top of the line service and ended up in a great car. We took this car to Arizona shortly after our purchase and got over 40mpg just on our trip down there. The Nissan Versa we purchased is a great car, so comfortable and drives like a dream. My wife is loving her "new" car n her commute to her new job. Thanks Josh and Hertz!

My experience with Hertz Car Sales in Ogden has always been first rate. My wife got a 2001 Camry before we were married in 2005. Weve also gotten a 2009 RAV4 and 2013 RAV4 from Hertz Ogden. Weve always worked primarily with Gary, but everybody has been great to deal with. I never realized how badly the typical car dealership treats you until I came to Hertz Ogden, which was an amazing turnaround. I also got a really square deal on my trade-in. Most car dealerships will low-ball you on that, but not Hertz!

This is the third car we have bought from Hertz in Ogden. Our sales person each time was Brent Hatch. This dealership carries high quality cars at a very competive price, Like most I wants the best car I can get for the money. That means I have to trust the dealership and my salesperson. Hertz is a high quality dealer and Brent Hatch can best be described as "The Best". If you want a great car this is the dealership and you cant beat dealing with Brent.

For the 2nd purchase in a row Brent @ Hertz has been the most pleasant sales experience we’ve had. He is honest, hard working, no pressure.
