What do you dislike about it? Share a tip.STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! first they sold me a car that should not have passed safety. Second they triple the price on there cars, they do not have an answering machine, and getting a hold of someone to talk to when you have a problem is next to impossible! they LIE, LIE and LIE! A day after I got my car it died on the free way, I had my three month old baby in the car. I called them about it, they said they would look at it. they had the car for an entire day then told me there was nothing wrong with it. I took the car and again the car would die while I was driving it again with my baby. they again told me there was nothing wrong with it so I took it to another mechanic who was able to diagnose the problem in a half hour and also I had told him I had just bought the car, he told me well they should not have sold this car, there is no way this would have passed safety! when I told first class about this they tried to say it did and offered to pay for the service of the other mechanic, BUT NEVER PAID. They ignored his calls and even told me when I asked them about it that the mechanic had never contacted them. HAHAHAHA. Why would he not want to be paid for his work? BULLSHIT!! I believe the man I spoke to multiple times about this was named Mark. I also explained to them when I bought the car that I get paid on the 15th and the last day of every month. They have a pay every two weeks system which works if you get paid on there schedule.. They told me it would be no problem but two months latter they started calling me asking where my payment was. I would explain, they would say oh OK, but then I would get called again and again. Ahhhh! also because of the way the payments where set up there where a few months where I had to make THREE payments in ONE month! they also say they will report to the credit agencys. I have had my car paid off for 7 months now and still nothing on my credit report??? Also they do not mark there cars with the price and they want you to tell them how much you are putting down first. What that does is offer them a chance to decide how much there car is worth based off how much you put down. Example they have a car that they would sell for 10000 and you say you have 2000 to put down. Since you have know idea they wanted 10 out of it they can say the price of the car is 12000 so in the end you just gave them an extra TWO GRAND FOR NOTHING! And not only that they will tell you that you don’t have enough for the down payment but that they will work with you so your next few payments will be around 500, since you pay every two weeks that is 1000 a month for the first couple months!!!. How they get away with this I will never know. Those are some of the problems I have had with them. NOT ALL OF THEM! One of my friends mom and one of my cousins bought a car from these people and both had awful experiences with them as well. I WOULD NOT send my worst enemy to them only for the fact that it would mean they are getting business!!! If you can avoid them DO! If you want to be lied to, pay outrageous amounts of money, you want an unreliable car, a car that may not even pass safety and you don’t want your good payment history on your credit. By all means go right ahead! Also I would not be surprised if theses so called good ratting on here are them!?

Ive put this review off for far too long due to being so furious that even typing my experience made me want to spit. A little over a year ago I was desperate for a car. I was working at Ken Garff Nissan just a block west of FCC. Despite nissans efforts they couldnt help me with my credit. I walked to FCC with $500 for a down payment and bought a 2002 ford escort. I knew it was a POS but I was a single mom and not having a car wasnt an option. The owner Mr. Cassidy acted like my best friend because he "knew the Garffs personally" and Id worked there for 4 years. After driving for a couple days my boyfriend at the time (now my husband) who is a mechanic looked over the car and told me there is NO WAY IN HELL the car would pass safety legally. He told me not to drive it especially with my kids. I called FCC and they told me to bring them the car and they would look at it. They said it would be a couple days so Nissan let me use one of their loaner cars. After 3 days I called to get an update. They told me that I voluntarily dropped the car off for repossession. I demanded to speak to a manager who ironically was NEVER available. They told me to talk to "Dave Stephens". Finally I spoke with Mr. Cassidy who accused me of trying to drive the car for free for a month. Called me names and swore at me. He told me he was going to call up the Garffs and I was going to lose my job. I gave up on getting my $500 or my car back, but I went to FCC to get my sons snowboard out of the car. A very gross looking man with acne cars and a Jason jump suit tried to make me sign a voluntary repossession paper in order to get my belongings. I refused to sign because I never agreed to turn the car back in. He said " then youre not getting your stuff". I got on the phone with the police and the Jason jump suit man is suddenly "closing up for the night" so he said I needed to get my loaner car off the property or he was locking it in. The cops came and couldnt help because its a civil matter but the officer told me that in 25 years patrolling down town he couldnt even recall the number of times hes been called to FFC for the SAME thing and wished he could help me. I told FCC if they put a repo on my credit I will get a lawyer and sue them. For a over a year I never heard anything from them. No collection efforts. No report to my credit. Nothing. Until today! Knight adjustment bureau called me to collect $4500. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. How they sleep at night is beyond me. If I wasnt affraid of going to jail Id throw a brick through every one of the POS cars windshield on their lot and take a dump in front of their door. Theres a reason their office is protected with bullet proof glass and bars! They should be afraid for the day they screw over someone who isnt afraid of the consequences because they have serious karma in their future.

I love buying cars, its a hobby of mine. I usually have 3-4 cars at a time and buy or sell a car every six months. In other words Ive dealt with a lot of car dealerships. First Class Cars is the absolute worst experience I have ever had! They had an Internet advertisement with a price listed, when I called to inquire about the vehicle, he tried to raise the price over the phone within 10 seconds. When I didnt fall for that, he said "I guess we can honor the original price for you today but were going to raise it tomorrow". I asked them if the car ran well, what kind of problems it had, the usual stuff. He told me it had a little rust, and the interior was a kinda rough, but it ran very well and will pass emissions and inspection. When I arrived several hours later a salesman approached and quoted a price for the car which matched the Internet price. A few minutes later another guy came out (I think he was the owner) and tried to give me a higher price. He then told me that it would pass emissions but not inspection, because it needed front struts. The vehicles power windows barely worked, power locks were broken, power mirrors broken, tires old and bald, power seat stuck in an awkward position, and the jack was missing. He then said " I cant let you take it for a test drive because of the front struts" I just laughed and told him "you must be crazy if you think Im going to buy a car without test driving it". He reluctantly retrieved the keys and put a battered dealer plate on the back, but said "Ill let you drive it around the block but dont take it on the freeway" Within a few hundred yards I realized why he didnt want me to test drive it. The transmission was shot! The vehicle would not shift out of first gear. At about 35 MPH the engine just got louder and louder and sounded like it was going to explode. The salesman had no excuses. I called him out on the transmission and all he wanted to talk about was the struts. To sum it all up: They lied about the price. When he saw I was interested, he tried to squeeze a couple hundred dollars out of me. They lied about the condition of the car. He told me it would pass emissions and inspection, and was road ready. I took time off of work to look at a car based on several lies. The owner was rude and pushy. I definitely felt like they were trying to bully me into buying an unsafe, unreliable car. Stay away from first class cars! This is the sort of place that preys upon inexperienced buyers. They give used car salesmen a bad name (if it wasnt bad enough already). They have no interest in generating a relationship with a customer. All they want to do is trick you into buying a lemon and then laughing about it later.
