This is a great family owned business. I purchased a car through them, and it was my first time buying a used car, so I had a ton of questions about the process and what would be best to strengthen my credit. I worked with Ali and Adam at the Redwood Road location and they answered all of my ten million questions! I didnt feel like they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes or anything. They got me an interest rate that was half of what my credit union had offered. In fact when I got to the store to look at the car, They had it in the shop getting the brakes replaced because they squeaked a bit and stuck a tad when braking. Despite having to invest some extra money in the car on their part, they were willing to give me a discount of $150 on top of everything else. They really gave me a quality product and care about their customers. I would recommend them to anyone purchasing a car.

I am not the type that leaves reviews, but they really earned it, I bought my 2014 Nissan Altima and could not have been more pleased. After a lot of research and looking around I realizing I could not beat sunburst Auto price, I called and talked with Steve. I told him exactly what I needed the deal to be and he made it happen. It was the best auto purchase experience, I have ever done. I would not only recommend them, but have to tell everybody I know.

Great dealership with great costumer service. Last month I bought 2013 Toyota Corolla, After searching the internet I couldnt find better than their price with the same options. The also gave me extra discount after I increased my down payment. Adam and his staff are very nice and helpful people. this is my first car from a dealership and wont go to a different place again.

Extremely rude "finance department" (one man) who is totally unwilling to work with buyers. "Cash is no good here." Didnt want to deal with me because I wanted to pay cash for a car instead of financing through them.
