AWESOME 2005 SUBARU LEGACY GT: I gave this rating because all the dealerships and salesman I have interacted with in the past have always been pushy, not easy to work with and felt like I was being rushed. I had to travel by airplane (From Denver, CO) to this dealerhip to get my car a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT, Nick Blazek was above and beyond the call of duty!! He was very quick at answering emails and phone calls when I had questions about the car. Once I had made the decision of going to Scottsdale he even picked me up at the airport in the car. When we arrived at the dealership his hospitality was far and beyond the best I have ever had period! He is a very straight forth and to the point when it came to talkin about the car and getting everything taken care of before I had to journey back to Denver, CO. Once Nick had squared everything away I had the pleasure of speaking with Nicole Alvarez where she was awesome about telling me what papers to sign since this was the first (EVER) car I bought by myself. This dealership I HIGHLY recommend and also Nick Blazek!! Thanks again guys!!

Dont even think about coming to this place. Ive noticed all the good reviews however I think this company is going down. Ive heard such great things about the cars, service, and professionalism of the staff. I didnt see any of that with the exception of beautiful cars in the lot. I cant understand why a company with such a high reputation online would treat its customer in a disrespectful manner and not help my family out. The main employee that needs some action taken against is JOEY!!! This guy needs a refresher course of customer service. hes extremely rude, and he seems as if he doesnt like his job. He needs to be working in a place were customers dont interact with him as that is what he lacks. I dont no who the owner is but all I can say is if he doesnt take proper reprimands against this individual and monitor his business he will see a decrease in repeat customers as well as future customers. I plan to inform everyone I no to not purchase a vehicle from LUXOR!!!

I am gonna make this short and to the point - I knew within a few short minutes that I was in the right place to buy a real nice car that I would not have to worry about anything but how soon I could get in and ride!
I was first greeted by Nick on the lot and with his open warm and sincere character a friendship unfolded- then I was introduced to Lisa in finance and with her welcome came a sure sense of a professional that had my best interest at heart- then the VP himself (SY) invited me in his office and with great comfort assured me he would give me the deal I wanted and even better yet took the time and effort to show me how to straighten my credit !
I just sat back and watched the team go to work to get me in my car and within a couple hours I was driving !
I am grateful and thankful that I chose Luxor Motors! I love my car and feel relaxed with my deal !

so i had been to so many dealerships looking for a Chevrolet Tahoe that was in great condition, we all know how we hate going to dealerships because of the,what i call sharks, feeding for your business from the second you drive on the lot, well when i pulled into Luxor auto i did not experience that at all, i met Chris, and he showed me a couple tahoes and was extremely polite and understanding of my needs, my buying experience at Luxor was very in short was very friendly, almost family like, i would recommend Luxor Auto to anyone looking to buy a very well kept vehicle, and ask for Chris !!

Bought a really nice used Jaguar from Luxor Auto Group in Scottsdale today, and was really pleased with the dealership and its people. First class operation, nice vehicles, fair prices, and people who went out of their way to help our search for a nice Jag from the moment I first spoke with Travis on phone before visiting dealer. From going out of the way to grab coffee, to arranging to put vehicle up on lift so that I could inspect it, to just making it easy to buy a vehicle from them. Overall very happy with the level of service we were given from beginning to end! Thanks guys!!

The name of the game is service in todays market and that is really what you get at Luxor Auto. You expect great cars, a given, but the thing that sets this dealership apart is the care they displayed for me the customer. Every concern I had was addressed from its dependability to safty to the quality of the car. Hamid bent over backwards to insure the car was what I hoped it would be and Lisa was so efficent when it came to getting the paper work done. It was a pleasent experience in all regards. When I upgrade to my next car this is the place I will go.

This has been a great experience. Shawn helped me to find the exact car with the right options and I love my car! Great experience! Paul Alverson diligently addressed every issue I had and kept me updated daily. Lisa Rosselli worked extremely hard to get me the best financing deal possible. They both turned issues into solutions and even stayed late to seal the deal. They have surprisingly great pricing deals for any budget, and very, very nice vehicles. Will send anyone who needs a great car/truck at a fantastic price to them 1st!

I hate used car dealers - Until I found Luxor! I had visited the Mercedes dealer and several other places and I wasnt happy with their selection or quality of cars. I found the exact car I wanted within 5 minutes of walking on the lot and they got me a great rate and their service was the best Ive seen in a long time. Lisa and Aaron in financing were amazing. I wont go anywhere else!!

The staff at Luxor was great they had the paper work finished in a timely manner and when they discovered that the lock on the passenger side door was broken they went picked up the part and replaced it before I even drove off the lot. I could tell that this company takes their customer service to the highest level and it was very appreciated. Thanks Guys I love my new car!

My salesman Nick Blazek was extremely fair and gave me a complete review of the car and why the price was a great value. When a problem developed with the tires after the sale, service manager Joey and Nick worked hard to correct the problem. A ++++ for this company. Definitely would buy a used car from them again.
