I bought a car with a warranty on the engine for any repairs costing over 700.00. The next day i took it to a shop only to find out it had a rear main engine seal leak. I got 5 estimates from five shops for the work. all of them came in above $700.00. the average cost was $970.00 So I took the car back to Auto Auctions of America. They took the car to their in house shop and came back with an estimate for 675.00 for the repairs. And would not honor their warranty. If you buy a car from these guys bring your mechanic and be ready for a bunch of problems. your better off staying away and buying from a private seller or a dealership. The rear main engine seal was just the tip of the ice burg. I evenly sold the car at a loss to a mechanic. This place is as shady as they get stay away and leave your wallet at home.

They got me for $300.00 too. by telling me that they needed 300.00 deposit to make a phone call to the owner of car to make an offer and not to worry it would be be refunded if the offer was not accepted,and applied to purchase price ,so i told her to make the offer and think about a minute later she comes back and says "congratulations" they accepted,at no time did i say we wanted it ,but they kept my 300.00 because the "offer was accepted." I never signed agreeing to anything. I will be reporting to the better business Bureau & Gephart tomorrow.. what there doing is morally not right

I give them 1 star because i had no other choice. I recently purchased a car from here and i regret it! First of all, the vehicle was salvage! something they never mentioned, then the car has a lot of problems and its not even worth fixing, they have horrible customer service, and theyre liars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! Well what a nice and professional response im getting from this place. The Law says we as individuals CANNOT purchase a salvage car, which you sold to me, No one mentioned it, otherwise i wouldnt have purchased that junk.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE!!! FOR ONE THERE WEBSITE HAS THE WRONG ADDRESS WHICH NONE THE LESS HAD ME WALKING ACROSS TOWN TO FIND THEM, THEN THE PEOPLE THERE ARE ALL RUDE. AND THE CARS WERE ALL JUNK DEALER REJECT CARS. ALL CRAP REALLY, THAT THEY WANTED TOP DOLLAR FOR, ALSO YOU BETTER CALL TO SEE IF THERE ACTUALLY HAVING THE AUCTION..... WAS THERE AT NOON FOR THE 1PM AUCTION. AND OF COARSE THEY HAD CANCELED IT BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY PEOPLE THERE TO JOIN IT.. HAHAHA THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A CLUE!!! NO PEOPLE EQUALS CRAP PLACE!!!!

If I could give it a lower star I would. Just dont do it. You might think youll be able to find a deal amongst the duds. Its not worth it. The cars they sell are junk and wont pass safety inspections without more work than the car is worth. Your lucky if it runs long enough to get it off the lot. Please learn from my misery.

Some people wont understand that this is a public auction, the cars are being sold AS IS which is explained from the beginning of the sale, if you are buying a $1000 dls vehicle dont expect the same thing as when buying a $15 k! Its a great company learn about car auctions before you start complaining about it.

Terrible customer service. There is no real communication they will tell you anything you want to hear in order to get the vehicle of the lot. You are not to truly test drive the vehicle. Do not attempt to do business with them!!
