My husband took my car here for a simple oil change, and was quoted 45 minutes to completion. Alright, no big deal, we happily paid for service. An hour later, he returned, and was informed that they were still waiting on a part (just so you know, apparently they dont carry basic parts here) and it would be a while. We were offered no compensation at this point. Another hour passed before our car was complete. This was now more than double the time quoted, and made me miss a very important business meeting. When I called them back, stressed out at the frustrating experience but more than calm, I was interrupted several times, and then told that it is not their fault it was late, and that they wont stand by the time they quoted because it was not "promised." All I was looking for was even a legitimate "Im sorry, this is why it was late, this is what we do in this situation, we hope youll come back." Instead, I was told that oil changes arent what they "do" so they dont make any guarantees. The blame was also put on US for not telling them WHY we needed the car back at a certain time. Im sorry, but I simply think that is wrong.. its none of their business why, but when they quote a time, they ought to stand by that. We went here hoping to support another local business, rather than a big box store, and are incredibly disappointed. Were not disappointed that it took longer, but disappointed that blame was put on anyone but Cars Now (the delivery guy, and even US) and that they flat out said they wont stand by their word because they did not "promise" and they didnt know about my important meeting. I didnt know we were 5th graders on the schoolyard. I dont care what their "main" service is, if a business offers a service, it better be a service they can stand by. His words exactly: "Why would I give you money back, and us lose money?" its called customer service. (I also never even requested a refund...)At this point, admittedly my frustration grew because the man on the phone did not let me get a single sentence in without interrupting, and I was probably a bit rude (for which I immediately apologized) and ended the conversation short, because CLEARLY customer satisfaction is NOT a priority of theirs. If this is how AWFUL they are over an oil change, I can not fathom buying a car from these people. UGH.

Run as fast as you can this dealer is nothing but crooks I bought s van from them and within the fist week the Transmission stated have problems we returned to the dealer and they said well with the mile on that is expected read the consumer reviews for the van... If the the dumb assholes knew that why would they buy it from another dealer to sell Stephanie,the owners wife, stated oh you just need to do a transmission flush I did not have the money however Stephanie told me and my wife that if we paid cash for the transmission flush we would get the lowest price in town and if we had the work financed we would pay the normal price for transmission flush. We decided to have them do the work and finance it when we went to pick up the van after the transmission flush we were surprised with a bill for the flush of $155(shop right around the corner has it for $90) when I questioned the fact that the price was so much higher than other shops we got told by Stephanie and Spencer you ought to be grateful for what we have done for you. I should be grateful that they screwed me on the flush. Finally over this last week the transmission just started trying to shift on its own while my wife was stopped at a red light(almost making us wreck the van) we decided to take the cars we had from them back they make a charge to my credit card even though i canceled the authorization that i gave them Im Oct So run away from them and what every toy do do not buy the 1998 Ford windstar van it has a bad Tanny

Run Run as fast as you can this place is a rip off, I was helping my son get into a truck as he is just starting out the adult life. He like the truck we agreed to buy the truck so started to apps. to the banks. that night I found a add on ksl for the truck and it stated if i mentioned the add the internet price was 500 less then sticker. so the next day when we went in to follow up on where they were at with the banks I mentioned the add. the owner told me he would not honor it that we already bought the truck, so we got in to a disagreement and i told him we would like our 500 down payment back and we would go somewhere else He told me that he would not and the truck was consider repossessed and would not refund our money if we do not pay full price and go through with the deal. how your can reposes a truck befor we even got it is beyond me. advise stay far away from this car lot.

My girlfriend recently bought a SUV from this place I went along with her to make sure she "didnt get screwed" we looked at a few SUVs and were meet by a salesman named Robert we told him what were looking at and witch one we liked he went over it with us and told us what he knew about it and what things needed to be addressed he offered us a test drive when we heard what he had pointed out we were glad we knew what it was when we returned we went over a few things with him he treated us fair we feel we knew what we were getting and it was a good experience for us both. We (My Girlfriend and I) looked at the reviews posted on here after we got our SUV and were glad that we dealt with Robert sounds like Stephanie and Spencer upset a lot of people we proably would not have gone there reading these reviews we are glad we meet Robert he treated us fair Thank You!

I though they would want people to be honest and let them know you cant afford to keep a car instead they will tell you that your going to have youur checks garnished once you recieve another job. These people are friendly to get you in the door and makes promises, but once you go back to have an isssue fix there fly by mechanic informs you they cant afford certain equipment. They paid me very little for a trade in and then tripled they cost of the vehicle. I personally will never deal with this fly by night dealer ever again.

At first I thought it was a good thing that they will take anyone but dont let that fool you. They are crooks at every sense of the word. They take people that are desperate and sell terrible cars and lock you into a terrible interest rate. Like some of the other posts, run as fast as you can. They lied and said that they report to the credit bureaus in which no buy here pay heres do. They will lock you in as long as they can and they lie a lot.
