We usually do not endorse or recommend products and services. We feel that someone doing their job well, should be the normal course of business. We are making an exception for your Rolls Royce representative, Burkhard Klosener. In the last 7 years we have purchased 5 new Ferraris and 5 new Bentleys, including the new 488 Spider and the new Bentley Bentayga. All were from dealers in states other than Arizona. Needless to say our experiences with these dealers were as one would expect from such high end purchases; courteous, and professional. We just purchased a 2017 Rolls Royce Dawn from Burkhard. From a sales standpoint, Burkhard went beyond the expected professionalism: with his unexpected attention to detail. This type of service is what’s lacking even in the most exclusive places. Whether high end autos, yachts or aircraft, Burkhard simply out shined them all. It was his character, attitude and uncanniness: not a single message from us was left unreturned or unanswered. This is our first Rolls Royce purchase. We have never seen or driven a Dawn Rolls Royce prior to this purchase. . Yet the follow-up, trust, and honesty of Burkhard, was sufficient for us to make the decision to purchase the Rolls Royce sight unseen and un-driven. My 8 year old son and I went car shopping last Saturday with the hopes of coming home with a new exotic. We first stopped by Scottsdale Ferrari, walked through their showroom, and not one sales associate or greeter said "hello" or "how can I help you". After 10 minutes we left and went next door to Scottsdale Bentley/Lamborghini. We were immediately greeted by several men. I was introduced to Beli Merdovic in the past and had previous email correspondence with Burkhard Klosener "Burk". Burk was one of those gentlemen at the door. Burk immediately showed me his inventory and brought keys to start up any car we wanted to look at. We looked at the new Huracan Spider and a beautiful yellow Aventador Roadster. Lets just say we left with a Lamborghini and not a Ferrari that afternoon. The process was quick, accommodating, and painless. I was referred to Burkhart at Bentley Scottsdale by my brother, who had purchased a vehicle from him a few years ago. I had just come from a bad experience at another valley dealership & was ready to throw in the towel. Once I spoke to Burke on the phone I could tell that working with him would be different. Over the years I have bought and sold dozens of high end cars. The experience with a dealership and its sales representatives, can at times, be more important and influencing than the desire for the automobile itself. My experience with Burkhard Klosener at Scottsdale Bentley, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin has exceeded the bar. There were no pressure sales tactics, just friendly and knowledgeable associates, willing to dedicate their time to answer my questions and explore my options. I certainly had many questions and explored a variety of automobiles within the dealership. A rapport was built instantly with Burk. Everyone was extremely friendly and Burk also had Gary Stone assist in the event I stopped by and he was occupied. I would certainly recommend the dealership and the entire staff. Thank you guys!!! We first met Burkhard Klosener when we stopped to look at the Aston Martin line. Shortly thereafter, in checking the site, we found a 2013 Bentley GT that was at the Porsche shop. We were quite adamant that we would only deal with Burkhard as he was quite friendly and personable. Was not pushy, not a know it all, but was professional and down to earth. We returned the Bentley Scottsdale yesterday to view this particular GT and purchased it. Burkhard was extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. The process was smooth, trouble fee and quite pleasant actually. Burke excels at understanding a client’s needs, what would best suit them and then making it happen. He has a great style; there is no lurking, no hard selling and the process is smooth and quick – he is easy to work with and a pleasure.
