I know of no other car sales place in the state that gives you 7 days to return the vehicle if you change your mind. I bought a Nissan Sentra, and drove it around for a week, and decided I didnt like it because it was driving funny. Kenton told me it was all up to spec, but to me it just didnt feel right, and it was pulling to the right. Kenton paid to have it looked at by a reputable mechanic, and even to put new tires on it, to see if that would solve the problem. He did everything he could to make sure I was happy with the car. I just didnt like the way it pulled to the right, and also a couple other things. So on the last day that I could do so, I brought it back to trade in for a different car. They actually give you the option to either get your money back or trade for a different car. I ended up going for a slightly more expensive car - a Chevy Malibu, and just paid the difference. Its a beautiful car. They didnt have that one on the lot the day I bought the Sentra or else I would have just bought the Malibu. But the Malibu is great, very heavy, which I like. Its like driving a tank, that floats like a cloud. When I brought the Sentra back to trade it, they didnt try to make a big deal out of it, or suddenly tell me that I couldnt do it. They just very kindly let me test drive other vehicles to see what I liked. So, they actually kept their word. Very good prices. Also, all the other car dealerships I went to had signs on the cars that said "No Warranty, As Is." The car salesmen all said theyre legally required to put that on the cars. Well, at Enterprise Car Sales, all the cars come with a warranty, and it says that on the sign on the car. No surprises. No gimmicks. No hassles. No hidden fees. Kenton, the finance manager shows you all the prices up front. And they dont work on commission, either! Lee and Joe were both very helpful and nice, and I enjoyed going on test drives with them. Definitely go to these guys for buying a car. Its much cheaper and easier than going to another car dealer where you get ripped off with all the hidden fees and get jerked around by some guy trying to get a big commission. Also... get this... when you buy a car from Enterprise, it comes with 1 year of free roadside assistance. I have Triple A (AAA), but they limit how many miles theyre willing to tow you and how many times a year they will help you, but the Enterprise roadside assistance is unlimited. I will NEVER buy a car anywhere else. EVER.

I wanted to post this review to let everyone know who may be looking to purchase a vehicle about what an absolutely professional, courteous, and above all, extremely enjoyable purchase experience that I had at this Enterprise location. This was primarily due to our sales associate, Mr. Tom Robb. My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and were looking to trade in our older car towards something more utility based; a truck or SUV. Tom was not only extremely knowledgeable towards the vehicles on his lot, but their nationwide inventory which we were told a vehicle could be transferred if need be to best fit our needs. Gratefully, Tom was able to find the absolute perfect match for us on their lot, and made this purchase easy, pleasant, and with ZERO of the awful typical dealership "car salesman" push/shove/purchase what you dont need experience. I cannot recommend this sales expert enough. After finding our perfect match, my wife and I met with Mr. Kenton Jones, one of the managers, to pay for our vehicle. Kenton was simply put: awesome. My wife and I have never felt so comfortable making such an important purchase before, and this is our 5th vehicle purchase experience, and certainly a positively unforgettable one! Kenton was professional, polite, immensely knowledgeable towards our specific financing needs, and made sure to find what was right for our budget. Kenton made this a fantastic, memorable experience with his customer eccentric attitude. Kenton was so easy to talk with, and absolutely hilarious; hes simply an awesome individual. Tom made sure to have our vehicle detailed as we were finalizing our purchase, and we met with their Automotive-detailer, Nick, who made sure to go out of his way to make our truck sparkle like new. Nick too was immensely courteous and professional, and Im glad we were able to meet with him as we went over the vehicle. He did a superb job and is an expert in his craft! Bottom line, both Mr. Tom Rob and Mr. Kenton Jones, simply put, have made my wife and I LIFETIME buyers with this company and location. Enterprise clearly hired incredible individuals and truly separate themselves from the traditional experience of purchasing a vehicle. We loved the service, and we love our truck! I cannot recommend this location enough! Make sure to ask for Mr. Tom Robb when youre in the market for a vehicle, as he will make your experience a memorable one just like ours.

DON’T KNOW WHY I’M WRITING THIS OTHER THAN I HOPE SOMEONE ACTUALLY READS THIS BEFORE BUYING ........ WE RENTED A CAR THROUGH ALAMO IN TENNESSEE AND JUST LOVED IT. THE SALES PEOPLE THERE WERE AWESOME .... SO MUCH THAT WE DECIDED TO LOOK FOR ONE WHEN WE GOT HOME . WE WERE PUT IN TOUCH WITH ENTERPRISE IN SLC .... TOM WAS THE FIRST SALESMAN WE TALKED WITH .... HE SAID HE FOUND A CAR JUST LIKE THE ONE WE RENTED ... BUT DIDN’T KNOW WHERE IT WAS COMING FROM OR HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE WE WE’RE TOLD ABOUT A WEEK ... WELL A MONTH LATER IT FINALLY SHOWED UP. WE HAD CALLED SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO UP DATES . WE JUST ABOUT CANCELLED THE ORDER . BUT IT FINALLY CAME IN SO WE WENT TO LOOK AT IT . THEIR TEST DRIVE ROUTE IS ABOUT 1.5 MILES ON BACK ROADS ... THAT’S NO TEST !!! NEVER DID MEET TOM AND WENT THROUGH ABOUT 3 DIFFERENT SALES PEOPLE THAT NIGHT GETTING SHUFFLED FROM ONE TO ANOTHER ... YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT AFTER ALL THE TIME WE WAITED ON THE CAR, THE MANAGER WOULD HAVE DEALT WITH US PERSONALLY ......... ANYWAY IT WAS JUST LIKE THE ONE WE RENTED (OTHER THAN IT HAD QUITE A FEW PAINT CHIPS IN THE FRONT ( THAT IT WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE SPENT THREE DAYS IN THE SHOP GETTING TOUCHED UP ) ... BUT ANYWAY ....... THEIR NO HAGGLE PRICE DOESN’T MEAN THEY DON’T HAGGLE YOUR TRADE IN VALUE .... I DID MY HOME WORK AND GOT A KELLY BLUE BOOK READ OUT ON MY CAR ( 1500.00 DIFFERENCE ) .... WHICH THEY FINALLY MATCHED ...ACCORDING TO THEIR ONLINE MONTHLY PAYMENT CALCULATOR WE WERE RIGHT WHERE WE WANTED TO BE ... BUT THEY FAIL TO MENTION THAT DOESN’T INCLUDE TAX , LICENCE AND ALL THEIR FEES !!!!! SO WE ENDED UP PUTTING A LOT MORE DOWN THAN WE WANTED TO ( WE WERE THERE WITH OUR TRADE IN ) THEN THEY SAID THEY COULDN’T GET A LOAN THROUGH AMERICA FIRST SO WE HAD TO GO WITH WELLS FARGO WHOM I CAN’T STAND ... THE NEXT WEEK WE WENT TO AMERICA FIRST OURSELVES AND GOT THE LOAN AT 1.5 % LOWER, IMAGINE THAT !!! I JUST WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THEM AT ALL. THEY DIDN’T SEEM TO CARE ... WE WERE JUST ANOTHER CAR DEAL .... THEIR 100 + POINT CHECK IS REALLY A JOKE ..... PLEASE LOOK AT IT BEFORE YOU BUY ... ITS COMICAL WHAT THEY CHECK ....
