these guys were great to work with! my husband and I had been looking for a 3rd row suv for a while. we had been in contact with west auto sales a few times over the course of a month or so and they were always professional and super helpful. they finally had something that was going to work for us and they were even nice enough not to post it to their website page and hold it for me to drive the hour and a half over there to look at it. they had it ready for me to test drive as soon as I got there and we were in and out in less than 2 hours which was amazing because it was just me and my sil and our children. best car buying experience to date. will recommend to family and friends and probably be a repeat customer for years to come!

Bought a car from these guys . Worked with Robby & Jamin. Both these guys were awesome and didnt pressure me at all.. Didnt even seem irritated that I drove prob 10 different cars twice.. Even after buying the car car... Several days later I noticed the license plate light was out, another salesman there ( cant remember your name, sorry ) went above and beyond in the pouring rain to replace it at no charge!! Thats what a true salesman is ... You guys have my business from here on out !!!! Good job !!

AMAZING experience from beginning to end! I was referred here from a family member who also had a great experience. I met with Jamin who was so patient and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the options of cars that we wanted with no pressure at all! I had an amazing experience there is a few things wrong but I did get an amazing deal on the SUV the the little things I can fix and I know of there is somthing major that they will do everything to make it right. This place works with everyone if they were not around I would still be walking. They have amazing customer service and I have referred family, friends and strangers to them. You want in a car and dont think you can think again West is the best!

They were pretty amazing. I bought a 2013 Impala and its perfect and they were so cool! They let me take it out all day long to go show my parents and get it checked by a shop and then I think my little brother went joy riding in it right after I got it and broke my power steering line by hitting a curb which usually would cost 300$ roughly since its not a part that goes out often but they only charged me 100$ to fix it because theyre that awesome.

I bought a car here about a week ago. The staff was super friendly and did all they could to help us. Robby is amazingly helpful and flexible. They were very transparent about the possible issues with the car and even told us to contact him when we needed a new battery . The manager and the other works care and they listen unlike other companies who just ask how much money you have to put down and west auto is looking out to help you in any situation you are in. I was working with Robby the 2nd time and I impressed. I bought a Nissan Rogue and was missing the front cover for the rack on top. Robby ordered the part and came to my work to replaced it.

They tricked me into a lease when i clearly told them i wanted to PURCHASE a car from them. Im new into this Ive never bought a car from a dealer before and i had let him know that and he took advantage of it. He never once said it was a lease while helping me. I didnt even know what lease was till now. Now Im stuck paying a car that i will not get to keep.

MY wife had to have a Mustang and we happened to drive by Wesy Auto when she saw it on there lot. It was 5 minutes before closing snd we had no money for down paymeny with us.......she drove home with the car in all of 30 minutes!!!~These guys are honest and keep there word. There are not many out there folks but this is one fine place to do bussiness!!!
