Online buyers beware. 1 star because 0 is not an option. 2013 Cadillac CTS-V VIN#1G6DV5EP9D0123441. Excellent condition can be misinterpreted. I would be happy to provide full details of my expensive interaction regarding Luxury Auto Collection. Ask for damage details prior to purchasing. Damages were not disclosed until I seen them on the transport. Lost thousands in transport fees. An authorized Cadillac dealer validated the extensive damage that was not covered under warranty. Well over $10,000 in cosmetic damage not disclosed. John and Kris Schlitt are used car salesman. My review is intended to show this dealer sold a vehicle knowing the damage and failed to disclose. After buying car back they still advertise as excellent condition. Buyer beware. This site had no reviews for 8 months and I leave a single star and all the sudden they receive multiple 5 star reviews. This shows they know in order to keep a high positive rating they need to add reviews whenever a bad review is posted. The used car salesman class 101. Good luck if you decide to buy a used car here.

Bought a car and shipped to us from Luxury Auto Collections that was filthy inside, had tire stains on the leather seats, over a dozen recalls that were never addressed, less than 10% of oil life left in it, 3 bent rims, and tires that needed to be replaced. It had 13k miles on it and I can just about guarantee they never even looked at it before selling it and shipping it. BE AWARE of who you are dealing with. We made a bad choice of buying through Ebay with this seller. Owner was very rude and basically said "tough" and thank you for the business. We were advised from the salesman to hire a company to dye the leather seats and even the company we hired said it is a temporary fix that the seat needs to be replaced. After spending $3000 dollars on fixing the bent rims and new tires I am convinced to never purchase from this dealer or online again without looking at the vehicle.

When I got the car first the first thing I did it was check the car top to bottom and like they tell me (The car is n great conditions). I went in your dealership a few months back with a friend to check out the Koenigsegg. The guy helping us acted like he didnt know where the car was and if they even had it or not. He probably just didnt want me and my friend to see it because he might of thought that we just wanted to look at the car. I drove from almost 2 hours away to check out the Koenigsegg but wasnt able to. I wasnt sure if you guys like random people just looking around at the inventory or not but oh well.

I recently purchased a Porsche 911 Carrera S from Luxury Auto Collection in Scottsdale AZ. My whole experience was fantastic. I was treated well and feel like they had my best interests at heart. I dealt with Nick and he really went the extra step for me through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and really tried to make sure I got what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely buy from them next time Im in the market for a quality car.

Ive worked at Luxery Auto Collection for about a year now and so far it has been the best experience of my life. Ive had a lot of bosses before but John Schlitt is hands down the best by far. John and all the salesman give great customer service and do it with pride. Lots of amazing cars and ones that ive never even touched in my life before this job! Great experience at Luxury Auto Collection with salesperson Nick Polanski. I knew just what I wanted and found it here. But the big difference was the service. At other dealerships there was so much hassle, so many calls and emails...I felt like I was being chased down by hungry wolves. There was none of that at LAC. Nick was very laid back, helpful and willing to answer my questions. I have told everyone who asks about my car where I bought. Highly recommended!

This is the best place to buy a used luxury car from hands down. Staff is great, owner is awesome and cars are one of a kind. As to Eric giving these guys a bad review, let me just tell you. I own my transport company and Im one of their exclusive transporters. My trucks take care of almost all their west coast shipments. I have never heard any one of our customers complain about a car they bought. So in one word " find the problem in you".

I have dealt with a lot of dealers over the last 10 years. This was some of the best customer service from the moment I inquired online to driving away in my semi used truck. They were responsive, fair and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. I went into this dealership to buy a $40k truck and they treated me just as well as if I was buying a Ferrari. I never buy cars without seeing them, however, Kris made this an easy purchase for me. The car was mint as advertised. He took the time to go through everything step by step via video chat. Even when a regular shipping truck could not get the vehicle loaded (370z Track Car), Kris went out of his way, ate the cost, and got her shipped via a low profile enclosed truck. A++, WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
