Like many other reviews, this place is VERY unprofessional. Dont waste your time here. They dont seem like they care if they sell vehicles or not. I Noticed a vehicle on the lot on a Saturday afternoon after hours I was interested in, so I emailed them and asked about it. They said it was available and to come look. Went by on Monday afternoon and the place was locked up with no one around (still within their business hours). Called the number and the guy that answered was less than excited to talk to me. He said the guy working that day went home sick so . . . Sorry. I asked when a good time to come back would be and he said Wednesday. I set up the appointment for Wednesday went back at the time we talked about and he told me the truck was already under contract as of Tuesday (the day before). I reminded him of the conversation we had and he just told me whatever and good luck. Doesnt seem to care at all about entertaining people who come to the lot to check out their cars and definitely not a man of his word. After reading other reviews about this place I am VERY glad I didnt look at it. Good luck to whoever buys it. Hopefully they read the reviews first.

We bought a car from Jeff and 7 miles into us owning it the check engine light came on. We immediately called him after we found out that day that it had sensor issues and spent $700 to fix it. He wasnt willing to help or even consider looking into what was wrong with it. We felt like he knew the check engine light was on and maybe reset it because when we talked to him he said he would take the car back and just sell it to someone else. We had to have it back to him before he left work that night or that deal didnt stand. So needless to say we couldnt get it to him before he left work therefore no help with the costs and a very dissatisfied customer. I would never recommend doing business with him. 7 miles after leaving his car lot. Seriously? So after taking it somewhere to see what the light came on for we didnt have time to get it back to him so he could dishonestly sell it to someone else. So sad.

I have never bought a vehicle here so I cannot attest to the quality of the products they sell but as I looked for an inexpensive truck I came here and found very little. I liked two trucks that they had. I asked them if I could look at it and they acted put out. When I asked to start it to see how it sounded he was not overly willing. This sales person was short inconsiderate and acted like he didnt want to make a sale. It was like pulling teeth to get him to let me start up the vehicle see how it sounded and take it on a short drive; which he never let me do, so knowing that it made me a little suspect to what he sold and I thanked him and we parted ways. Im not sure who would ever buy a vehicle from there or anywhere if they werent welcome to start it up listen to how it runs and take it on a test drive but he didnt act overly interested in making a sale so his loss because I was ready to buy.

Jeff Butters is a crook. Do not shop for your next vehicle here! My wife and I bought a Mazda MPV from him in 03/2013 and after about 80 miles it started to "shift shock". I called Jeff to see if he could help with the situation and all he told me the whole deal was a lose lose for him and then he recommended a local transmission shop. He would not take the vehicle back and give us our old car back. It has now been 1 year and we still have shift shock along with constant check engine lights popping up and then going away for multiple problems. Jeff sold us a lemon and he knew about it. Thought I could trust a guy that grew up in the same home town as me and went to the same high school. I was wrong.

I wish there was a rating lower than one star. I stopped by Butters car lot yesterday to look at a Taurus for my daughter. The car drove pretty good so I told the dealer that I wanted to buy it. As I was filling out the paperwork I mentioned that I wanted to take the car to have the inspection and emissions done at my own expense before I took the car. He reached across the desk and snatched the paperwork away from me and told me if I wanted to "play that way " the price of the car would be $500 more. After reading reviews posted by others I suspect that he knew that the car has problems.

I was scammed by Butters. I bought a ford work van under the impression that it was a Ford E-350. But when I got the title, it turned out to be an E-150. This is false advertisement. I spent a substantially more amount of money for a bigger model just to end up with a vehicle that does not meet my needs. When I brought up my concerns with the owner, he refused to treat me with any decency and will no longer take my calls. Very unprofessional not to mention ILLEGAL.

This man is rude and a liar when confronted with concerns of a dodge charger problems throws check on my face and refused to sell my wife another car!! Your loss West bridge autos GAIN how you even stayed in business all these years boggles my mind!! Must be a lot of stupid people or hard up people in this state!! Good riddance lmao what a joke

One week out and the car we bought needed a new sensor, another week or so and the radiator was pouring antifreeze. After over $500 in repairs we went to Butters and he refused to retain customers by helping out with the cost. Legally he didnt have to, but it would have been wise to at least try to rectify selling us a car with big problems.

Very Impressed, stopped with CASH to buy a vehicle today. I have never been to a dealership that had no desire or need to sell a vehicle. The gal that was there was an idiot. There is a reason their lot is full of cars, typical Butters; still think they are the kings of Utah. Buy anywhere but there. They truly do not need your business.

I wish there was something higher than a 5 star rating. Super experience!! No high pressure and I got a great car at a fair price. Would recommend Butters auto sales to my family as well as friends. The Butters auto sales team Mickey, Mo, Tiff, Ashley and Jeff exceeded my expectations and are some funny and seriously cool kats!

Bought a jeep grand Cherokee 3 weeks ago and love it. Returned tonight and bought a Chevy tracker from Jeff for my wife. A fair and honest dealer with a good selection of vehicles. Were very pleased and will be look to him first when shopping for our next used car.

Bought a car the other day the system was reset to not show any engine lights. now I have engine lights and wont pass emissions till I fix it.cant stand it that people do that crap its as is but still show the problem that way I can debate weather or not to buy it
