My husband and I bought a 2015 Dodge Journey from this location. We were well taken are of by Mary who listened to what we wanted and didnt push us when we didnt want to buy a car she had shown us that was just out of our budget. Mary did more looking and found a Dodge Journey for us. We finally signed just before closing on a Friday night and once we got home, we realized that although we were told this car had Bluetooth (a must for us), it in fact did not. It was after closing time so we called as soon as they opened Saturday morning and told them wed like to return the car. My husband was on his way with the car when he was called back by Evan (site manager??) and told to keep the car and they were going to look into some options for installing the Bluetooth for us and would call us back, no later than Monday. We were called on Monday and told they were still working on it. Through some of the calls we were asked if we would be ok with them replacing the head unit (display screen) in order to install the Bluetooth. We told them that would be fine, how else would it have been done?? Finally on Thursday or Friday we were called to tell us we could bring the car in on Tuesday. We dropped the car off and were told they would be taking it to an after-market place to get the Bluetooth installed and that they could get it to work with the current screen it has. This was the first we had heard about it being taken to an after-market location. I expressed that would be fine as long as it still looked good and didnt look like it had been pieced together or janky. I told this to TWO people. And both said it wouldnt look janky but that itd look good. We got called back that the car was done and ready to be picked up Tuesday evening. The solution to the problem was to install a microphone to stick out where the sun visor is on the driver side and to have a small display for the Bluetooth attached to the dashboard that looks like a digital timer. We cant sync our phones to it to play music and we cant sync it to our phones maps for verbal directions. We enjoyed the efforts made on or behalf by Mary and Evan. We are disappointed with the end product. We feel our car is not worth the money we paid and since we dropped our car off for the "Bluetooth" 11 days after we signed, it was past the seven day return window and are now the semi-proud owners of a 2015 Dodge Journey that has hands free calling (I would not consider this Bluetooth).

Unfortunately, I didnt buy a car from this dealership, but I really would have loved to. This review is for the staff at this location. The environment here was very low pressure, and the sales people worked as a team to try and help us find something to fit our needs. Unfortunately, my husband and I were very unsure what we were looking for and we didnt buy a car that day. We let our salesman know that we were thinking about it. On average, he checked in with us about once a day to see how things were going and offer to email us listings for new cars on the lot that might work for us, but they were never ever pushy or demanding, not even once. In the end, my husband and I locked on to a specific make and model that this dealership did not carry. I called to let them know, and they were genuinely excited that we found something that works for us, even though we didnt buy it from them. Im reviewing a place that I didnt buy from because I feel like its important to give the sales people here credit for their professionalism. They didnt try any shady tactics to get us to buy a car we didnt want. They didnt make false promises to us. They didnt show us cars out of the budget we specified. And, after we walked off the lot, they didnt constantly harass us to come back in. I think its also important to note that over the course of the week we were in contact with multiple sales people from this location, and all of them were very professional about everything. I really appreciated that a lot. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the market for a new car.

A friend took me to enterprise car sales after my jeep of 248,000 miles engine suddenly after a long life failed. I am a nurse which has the luxury of working 2-3 jobs in multiple states. However each job is agency work with adaquate hours combined but most dealers are not familiar with how nurses work. Dealers heard the word agency and turned me away. Agency to most dealers I suppose means temporary work only in other words banks do not like to hear temporary. Enterprise bent over backwards to get me financed and even had a lender call me and interview me over the phone. On top of this my credit was not the greatest. There new 2016 vehicles are sold with less than 40,000 miles and 3 year warrenttees. They even gave me above the normal amount for my old clunker I drove in blowing smoke out the back and 1000 dollars down. They worked to find me a suitable used 2013 vehicle with 39000 miles, reliable and good condition Ford Focus SE acceptable to my lender given my circumstances. They did whatever it took to make the deal work where other dealers turned me away. My income would have improved within a month more of working back in AZ after returning from Utah but I had no way to predict the end of life of my jeep which served me well! With the quality vehicles and warrenttes and professional sales staff, "Ricardo" my sales representative, Id recommend enterprise to any of my friends and would definitely purchase from enterprise again! The Enterprise salesman and finance man were very professional & knew their prospective fields, they know what would be the choices I would want and would qualify for so well that I purchased what I needed & qualified for in about an hour and a half!! The salesperson already had the choices for me to see before I got their based on our previous phone conversations. The No Haggle one price method greatly took out all the pain in shopping for a car. The finance man had some challenges with my poor credit, but, got me approved in very little time with a finance company. They both did a great job. I will probably just go straight to an Enterprise sales lot for my next car. This occasion was due to a total write off accident no fault of my own. Geico Insurance placed me with an Enterprise rented car and as i was worrying "where and how should I get another car" the Enterprise car salesman called me a day after my rented car to assure me to come down and see what he had. I felt so confident on that first call I made sure he was my first stop, which ended up being my only stop to shop. I highly recommend Dave and the finance person at that Enterprise sales location in Scottsdale.!!

I just finished buying a car from Dave and Evan at Enterprises Scottsdale location and I give them--and Enterptise--the highest possible rating. Dave and Evan made the car-purchase experience, both efficient and pleasant--even fun. I have had plenty of experiences with other car dealers and know to set aside at least four hours, even if I know going in which vehicle I want and how much I can afford to pay for it. This time the whole transaction took less than an hour. I couldnt believe it. No negotiating or haggling. No question of how the car has been maintained. Only a question of finding the right car for the money I had to spend (10 minutes), test driving and completing the paperwork (40 minutes--because I walk slowly. Could have done it in 30.)Bottom line: I am thrilled with the car. Exactly what I wanted for the price I was prepared to pay. I will definitely recommend Enterprise Scottsdale to everyone I know and will undoubtedly be back myself. one day, Enterprise is far and away my first and only choice for a quality car-buying experience by every measure. Thanks, Dave. Thanks, Evan.
