After researching for a VW Beetle, I saw one for sale at this dealership. It was exactly what I was looking for. I sent a email asking if the car was still available and I did get a email back from Brett telling me that the car was still for sale. I explained to him I was coming from Sedona which is a 2 hour drive and I wanted to check out the car but I would not get there until about 6 pm. He then proceeded to tell me that he was not sure if he would be there to help me but the owner Mo will be waiting for me to check out my 2010 Chrysler 300 to see if he was interested in doing a swap. I was having some hardships in my life and I needed to down size as I could not afford the 300 any longer. When I got to the dealership neither Brett or Mo was there. At that moment I thought this is not a good sign. But the person that was there to help me was Chris and he was amazing. He was very professional and did what he could to help me get into the VW Bug. I was so thankful with the experience until not even 1/2 hour leaving the lot and on my way home to Sedona we noticed that the left headlight was out and we were driving dangerously on the highway. While driving home of course we had the windows down and the sunroof open as I have never had a vehicle with a sunroof and my sister and I both noticed when we rolled up the passenger side window it was extremely slow. We tested the windows when we were at the dealership and it was fine at that time or I would have mentioned it. We did make it home safe and I went to close the windows and the passenger window would go up and then go right back down. We would have to push the window up for it to close. i was so UPSET as I traded in a beautiful car for a car with nothing but issues. Well the next morning when leaving to work my 7 year old daughter put the window down not knowing the problem with the window and that was it as now it wont go back up at all. So I contacted Chris who was great and said he would do what he could to help me as they say their cars are CERTIFIED and would get back to me as he had to speak to Mo the owner. I never heard back from the dealership and when I did call back as Chris continuously tried to work with me but to no prevail by the owner. He did his best to help me but his hands were tied. In the meantime the next day my engine light went on as well and I called Chris and sent him the pic of the dash showing the engine light and he really did not know what to say as I am sure he was extremely embarrassed. Again nothing was done by the owner to help me make me happy. My husband was able to fix the light himself and he was able to fix the engine light as there was a hose missing that was to go to the engine. Deal or no deal they need to make sure that the vehicles are in working condition and they say their cars are certified. They didnt honor their warranty with the check engine light. They still to this day have not done anything to make this situation right. They dont care about their customers they only care about the sale and once you leave you are on your own. INSPECT YOUR CARS GOOD BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. RED FLAG!!!!

Buyer beware. Customer service is severely lacking. Rude and un- knowledgeable sales dept. highly recommend finding another reputable dealer to buy from. Initial contact with dealer through Autotrader resulted in rude email response. After making a deal over the phone with sales person I was contacted the next day backing out of the agreement after I had already put things in motion to purchase the car. Now they want significantly more money and offering far less on trade... I guess everyone has a right to change their mind, however I find this highly unprofessional. But I guess used car dealers have this reputation for a reason. To add insult to the situation. I get a call from Mo the store owner two days later, insulting me, calling me a stupid person, and even calling me names I cannot post here. Instead of putting customer service first and maybe trying to make a deal on a car we were $3000 apart on where I would have probably negotiated a deal that would make both parties happy... instead I get a talking to like Im 15yo and have never done a car deal. I have personally bought and sold hundreds of cars and I will say i have never, ever met a more unprofessional and shady character as this dealer. Shop this dealer at your own risk. I dont spend my time writing reviews on businesss as I am self employed and know the effects, however this one was warranted. My issue isnt with the numbers in this case, they have every right to buy and sell at their comfort, this review is directed at the complete and utter verbal bullying of a potential customer and complete disregard for customer (let alone fellow man) service. I just hope this review will make someone go in with their eyes open as to what they will be dealing with or even better move on to a far more customer service oriented dealership. To reply to Mos fetal defense. In my experience dealers do trades amongst themselves daily. Auction is only when you want to pay a middle man fees to avoid dealing with people like you. I can see why you dont do dealer trades as I cannot imagine how any reputable dealer would ever have any type of dealing with you. I can sell my car in CA, or anywhere else, and its exactly as I described it, supported by service history paperwork from dealers and a clean car fax report in addition to its immaculate physical appearance. Both of which you refused to show me on your car. In life believe one thing, everything happens for a reason, and your attitude and unprofessionalism more than likely saved me a wasted and painful trip to buy a car that is probably not what its represented to be. Supported by the numerous other reviews I have read. Not like I am a loan ranger out here blasting your practices alone!

MAKE SURE YOU LOOK THE VEHICLE THROUGH before you decide to do anything. They say every vehicle goes through a full inspection before it goes out on the lot. I went in Certified Luxury Auto last week to go buy a vehicle, when I arrived I saw the vehicle and went to look at it. About 10 minutes later a man by the name of Mo came up to me and he didnt know nearly anything about the vehicle only that it was forsale, he was also very rude and unprofessional while me and my parent were there. Not only did he disrespect me but my father as well. Another thing is when we asked him if there were any problems with the truck he stated that it was in great condition, that Certified Luxury Auto just put a new part in it. That was a lie, There were no new parts, and there was a list of things wrong with the vehicle. After stating all the problems his rude attitude got worse towards us. Mo called banks in very unprofessional manner and when trying to talk to us he would interrupt or have a rude comments after what we stated. There was no signs of manners or professionalism in Certified Luxury Auto. As of buying the vehicle Mo told me and my father he can fix all the problems and be able to pick it up by today, they took $500 out to hold for the vehicle and stated they wont do anything to the vehicle except fix it for me to pick up, which was also a lie! A day before the date I was suppose to pick it up Mo called and very rudely told me they wont sell me the vehicle and would give me no explanation, also when I tried talking he just hung up the phone. I will NEVER recommend anyone to Certified Luxury Autos, it was the worst experience I have had in a car dealership. Mo is disrespectful, and unprofessional. I will never go back nor recommend this dealer to anyone.
