It seems as though there are some reviewers out there that dont care for auto junction. I have had nothing but great experiences with Alex and the team. When I first entered the lot I was amazed at the quantity of premium vehicles. I was greeted by Christian who was very nonchalant about the entire process. He was more interested in my interests and likes/ dislikes rather than trying to push anything on me. After a few test drives and some further discussion, he found me the perfect car. I was instantly in love. It was more than I anticipated spending, but I met with Alex to make things work out. He spent hours and hours playing with the numbers and contacting different banks just to make sure I was happy with the outcome and that he felt I wasnt getting ripped off. Six months later the car is going strong, sounding tough as ever. I told him the day I walked away with my 645Ci that he would be the only dealer I will use. So, I decided that I wanted to add to my collection, called up Alex and let him know I wanted an X5 for my fiancée. He told me to come on down and take out whatever you want. Well, she fell in love with a 2007 Si with a third row and blah blah blah everything else. But her credit was less than amazing. We were having trouble financing… weeks’ worth of trouble. But Alex knew he could get it done for us. While we were in possession of the car he work endlessly to make things meet. He knew we loved it and couldn’t let it go. So he dug deep and found a way to make it happen, reasonably. He fought for us to get an interest rate almost half of what the banks would allow. Good guy all around. Christian is spot on with his car knowledge and will make sure that you find exactly what you are looking for, while giving solid advice on features and upgrades and car condition. He goes the extra mile. Hadi makes all the paperwork happen. All the important forms he makes as easy as possible to complete and does most of the work himself. He seems to match just how happy the clients are while still joking around. Super efficient, super knowledgeable, great guy. Jena works the front desk and she is always on top of her game. I think she knows us just by the sound of our voice at this point. Anything you need, as trivial as it may seem, she is on top of it. The more you get to know the guys at AJ you realize that they do genuinely care about you, the customer. They want what is best for you. No hard sales, no soft sales, just getting to know the customer and build a relationship. For me, there is nothing more I can ask for. I won’t let anyone I know buy from anywhere else than Auto Junction. You will be well taken care of there.

I had been looking at cars at Auto Junction autotrader for a few months when I got on a plane and visited their showroom from out of state in June. I had looked at a 2006Bentley and made an offer and the owner called me of last week and we made a deal. I booked a flight to fly in and pick up my car on that following Friday 6 days later and drive it home and on Monday I see Auto Jucntion sold the car for $6000 less than the other dealer a cross from my home town and their car is much much nicer , iam more than happy to reffered any one to them to and all of my friends they are classy and quite plesant people to deal with from a lot attendent to sales staff all them very very nice ,and had much lower expectation from them since they were not a quote and quote franchise dealer and i was amaze with their hospitality a quite rare experienced at a used car lot, they do have a lot of nice cars and are quite busy ,so please call and make sure the car you are looking for is available they will return your phone call they are good at that,. the owner, is an absolute gentleman i believe his name Al or Alex a real sharp dresser he apologized to me for not having the notall weather floor mats that i requested before i left home and got for me with in half hour and mean time he bought us lunch that was very nice of him, . I appreciated the a very nice and friendly staff at Auto junction, it appears that a personal relationship and integrity. is more important than any thing at Auto Junction . I wanted to let every knows my experience that is the atlest i can do for them until i buy my next car probably in three years .....Terry Childers Alabama and Missouri

I just wanted to take a minute to share the positive experience that my wife and I recently had with your company and more specifically one of your sales associates, Mr. Chris Botos. To say that I was not looking forward to the prospect of buying a new car, and the unwanted sales pressure, would be an understatement. Unfortunately, my prior experiences with car purchases were similar to getting a root canal. I’m extremely pleased to share that the numerous negative experiences I have had in the past when looking to purchase a car were nowhere to be found with your company. I am one hundred percent certain our experience was so positive due in large part to the easy going, approachable and humorous Danny Quintana. The best compliment I can give Chris is in our actions after first meeting him. We were introduced to Chris by AlexHaq, who should be commended for really knowing his team. This was only our first day of looking at cars and had decided to visit numerous dealerships to insure we were diligent. After spending an hour or so with Danny looking at cars we both knew this was the guy we wanted to deal with. To make a long story short, we told Danny the four or five cars we wanted to test drive and we would be back the next evening. By the end of that evening we were driving off the lot in our new 2013, BMW 5 series and could not stop talking about how comfortable and easy going the whole experience was. There is no doubt in my mind the reason we came back and bought a car on only our second day of looking was because of Chris . As I told Danny, he now has a customer for life. Auto Junction – My New Mercedes GL450 - What a class act! I can say out of all my auto buying experiences Auto Junction is awesome! No Hassel No Pressure All Professional. Not once did a salesman come running out in an attempt to push the sale of the vehicle. After a quick copy of my driver’s license they handed me the keys. “You guys take it out for a spin and don’t forget the test it on the freeway.” It was so relaxing to take the vehicle out on a test drive without a sales person tagging along. This allowed us to openly discuss the vehicle itself. Upon returning I inspected a few more things on the vehicle and at no time did anyone come out to approach me. I was given ample time to make a decision, and that was I wanted this GL450. I let them know in the office I was interested and I would like to finance the vehicle. After filling out the paper work I was approved and out the door with my New Mercedes GL450 in less than two hours. Auto Junction will be the first place I go in the future when I want another vehicle. They recognize a distinguished buyer and treat them accordingly, with a touch of class.
