I bought a car from Richard a week ago.The first day when I was returning home from work I could not unlock door.I called Richard to ask him what to do he started making fun of me.He was not able to come and see what is goin on....day after my car start running rough and the light check engine has been shown.He said the car pass emission test but I took car to emission test it couldnt pass.Many codes they found.For two weeks back and forth. So many unfinished things on car I ask Richard to fix it...he said I am so busy I cant do it.Anything I found wrong he said /oh come on you can fix that is cheap / 2003 year old car $ 7000 and $ 1000 down....after everything I can"t sit in the car gas smells all over car he said ....that is nothing ....and the first week he called me to remind me pay first payment.To take money from people he has time but talk to customer about problem he made ....he doesnt have time.After all that problem he made me I was so upset I called my lawyer...well we will see what is going to be in COURT???This is true story about MP auto sale 1731 N Arizona Ave.Chandler.....poor people over there!!!!!!!!!!BE VERY CAREFUL WITH RICHARD....DISHONEST WHEELER-DEALER. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!!!Very UNPROFESSIONAL......

My husband and I just financed a vehicle today. Larry and Martha were both AWESOME!! He worked with us to get the car we truly wanted with the down payment we had. Good people, very down to earth and family orientated. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a nice quality car!! Weve financed many cars through other dealers whom it was just about making the sale. MP auto was nothing like that and for that were grateful. We actually have a nice vehicle and the one we truly wanted. Even after we had settled for another car since of the down payment we had, Larry was able to work it out for us to get the one we truly wanted. Awesome experience and awesome people. They even knew I had a time crunch because I had to get my son to preschool and they made it happen. Very satisfied customers!!!!

Bought my car over a month ago so far so good. Car runs fine and payments are low and easy to make. Alex and Joe are great people, very understanding and professional. They have done a lot for me when it comes to repairs on the car. If something goes wrong with my vehicle, I just call let them know and they help out in anyway possible to fix my issues. They have a wide selection of vehicles and will definitely find something that will fit your needs. Best part is not having to deal with the "big time" dealership, all the back and forth crap Alex is straight forward and tells you like it is, you will definitely get a good car with affordable payments. I have and would recommend this place to friends and family.

I purchase a 2004 Nissan Sentra from them and it has been one of the best used cars that I have had. When I had a fender bender with the car the insurance agency made a mistake on the check, but Lisa went to bat for me and delt with them. They tried to make it hard to get the check but Lisa went and took care of them. I took the car on a trip to California and I did a lot of driving between San Jose and Merced, the car did not give me any trouble going up and down the mountains. From my experience I would highly recommend that if you need a good used car that you go see the fine people at MP Auto!!!!!!!!

My husband got his VW bug from here back in October of 2013, we have never had a break down or any problem with the vehicle. Our sales man up there is Brian. all prices down do not include taxes, licence, fees though. But other than that, they keep a chang up of inventory-so always fresh you really wont see over 2 cars thats been there for long at all. They try and work with you on down payment situations.... So far So good. (There is 1 place to stay away from though for people who are seeking car lot reviews Its called "Go auto" on W, Broadway RD in Mesa. I will review them next.)

I, posted a very mean post when I was upset over some Things and after speaking with Andrew, I realize the way I went about things was wrong. Troy is not a bad person , he is the owner and the sales man are the ones that I should speak with, but it was hard and difficult with scheduling. I just wanted my car and all complete. MP Auto does have some quality cars and help assist customers when they can. So if you need a car for a good price or first time buyer they have great services. I want to apologize to Troy and Andrew for any issues my anger has caused.

I worked with Joe during my deal and Will has taken care of me since my purchase of my fiancé and myself 2000 Ford Ranger! We absolutely love it!! Joe is a sweetheart Will keeps it real but every time I have brought something to the table he has always taken care of me. I just bought my vehicle Dec 12 and even though its taken a little bit of time getting minor things fixed, Will has kept his word to me for everything as well as what Joe had gone over with us during the deal. Everything is so far so good! Getting my new tires today! Thank you Will!!

Tricky sales man saying they just got it in and for today only Ill give you a deal. And oh I will have my guy look at it! Its a miracle all the problems magically disappear!!! I mean what do we want from a $2500 car...wait I thought you gave us a $1000 off??? Service is good till you want the car to actually run. Swindled a teenager out of her hard earned money. Not a happy Mom. worst place ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

I strongly do not reccomemd them. Something was clearly there fault and when I brought it back for them to fix it, they refused! They have a 15 day or 500 maintenance garuntee. I have the pictures proving it was them! Very dishonest people! Always changing what they say and how they treat people! You guys say you arent crooks?!? But you are!! No one likes a cheater or a liar!!

They sold me a 2001 Eclipse a few months ago and on the drive home the car overheated. Didnt think to much about it I just added fluids and she was OK. It was only until recently that the car broke down completely and dont even start anymore. They knowingly sold me a lemon. How can they continue to make business? Please I strongly dont recommend this place.

Dishonest & misleading! First thing Richard said when I started doing business with him was "im going to be honest, car salesmen are crooks, but im not". Speaking on a guilty conscious? I believe so. Very unprofessional & will say what you want to hear so they can make a deal! Id say typical salesman... but they are not! Far worse. Buyers beware!!

If you are reading this do yourself a huge favor and dont get near MP Autos. Their cars never sell and its kinda funny because its like they dont know why. Its because they really dont care about their cars or their customers just your wallet. This is a used car dealership and when I say used I mean USED. Wow never seen a dealership this bad.
