Two days ago we drove by this place on our search for a good dealership, and stopped in because we saw a couple beautiful SUVs in the lot. Aleksi came out, told us basically not to waste our time on what we wanted because the interest rates were so high there that it wouldnt be worth it. But then he showed us a beautiful 2007 Nissan Armada, and we were sold. So we go inside to fill out paperwork, meet another man that was working there who was, I guess, in charge for the day, and wait for him to tell us what they wanted as far as monthly payments and a down payment. He said we were good to go, 2000 down and 387 a month. My husband test drove it once more, and then the man asked for the down payment so my husband gave it to him, and then we were given papers to sign, but told they would explain what they were afterwards. There were a bunch or red flags before this, (for example, the guy kept referring to my husband as "boss"..wtf?...and straight out told us we made so much money per month that we shouldnt be concerned with what our payments were) but for some reason, we kept working with them. Anyway, so we were given the key and told we would be done in about an hour (we had been there 4hrs already).... 45 min passes, he says we are ready to go...but wait, turns out he made a mistake, and our payments were now going to be closer to 500 a month! The suv wasnt even worth the 15k they wanted for it, and he acknowledged that. So my husband asked for our money back, deals off, and the man told us we would have to wait a week for a check refund because he had deposited it into their safe before our deal was even done. After arguing for a good 10 minutes, at least, he got on the phone with Paul Chavez, their sales manager, and told us we would be able to get a check the following afternoon. So, yesterday morning we show up, speak to Bruce who acted like he didnt know why our deal went bad, tried to show us his few good google reviews, and then had us wait til 1pm for an address of where the check would be printed. They had us drive from Chandler to Glendale, only to then be notified that the check would actually be printed at a different Chandler location. We arrive back in Chandler and stopped back in to this location because we had not heard back from them, and surprise surprise, they had a check ready. I am not sure why we were given a Glendale address when this location had the means to print the check to begin with. So many red flags from the very beginning, we have learned to trust our gut and if youre reading this, either stay away or proceed with caution and listen to your gut feelings. We ended up at a dealership yesterday in Mesa and had a fantastic experience, all good vibes, and got a newer, nicer SUV for $130 less a month than Auto Action wanted. They even had the audacity to ask us to refer people to them once we were leaving...lol... not a chance. We will let them know to steer clear.

Wish my experience was as good as the other reviews, walking by one day checked out a nice mustang, this and the 499+job sign peaked my interest so i talked to a sales man nice Spanish fellow i asked him about the 499 and got my first disappointment, 499 is only on the cheapest vehicles they sell i think those where 7999 and there was none on that lot. Felt a little confused especially seeing a ford festiva with its engine compartment open and the sign propped up in its engine compartment. Disappointment aside i still liked mustang which turned out to be the least expensive vehicle they had on the lot, so i asked if i came with a 1000 down and the paperwork stated on the website was getting in the mustang possible, so i waited and got my proof of residence, 10 references a letter from my employer with contact info and after payday had a 1000 in cash went to lot and this time talked to a female sales person who proceeded to make copies of all my documents and i believe know how much i brought down. Then came my next disappointment i was informed that my letter of employment from my boss would require me to have at least 1000 down [this was not mentioned on the What to bring info on there website] heres the catch that would be on the 7999 vehicle fore mentioned and doesnt exist on the lot. But the mustang i wanted which is the cheapest on the lot would require an additional 600 in cash, i can only guess how much more on the other cars. So after taking the day off and walking over in the mid day sun then walking home carless . Frankly I felt this was bait and switch scam i know alot of lots do this and im sure the company has at least one beater on at least one of there valley lots I dont think im going back. one last thing i was told by the sales person that she was sorry and it was the finance company rule, that was weird i though dont they carry the loan, a buy here pay hear lot. i guess i was wrong. so that is my experience

Wow I am very happy to say that I am once again a happy customer. I had gotten 1 past repo back a year ago with another vehicle from a Chevy Dealership. This is a second chance all over once again. Thanks to Auto Action. I Feel good to be back into a vehicle. If it wasnt for my 3 main great hearted people that made it possible for me and my family. I wanna give thanks to Diego, Melinda and Joe. They were very nice and kind. They made it possible for me to drive off with a new vehicle. They helped me surprised my wife on me getting into a mid size suv. I was driving a Small 2002 BMW 4 door. Me and my wife are very happy. She was very surprised cried when I came home with a much bigger car. They are great, because they made it possible for me to start my bad credit go back up all over again. Having a repo on my record made me feel like I did not have another opportunity. A new chance is always the best. Thanks to Auto Action for making it happen. One happy buyer all over again. Feel free to come and visit them. Yes they have amazing deals. Customer service was a 100%. They treated me like if i was family. Its always the best when someone makes you feel welcome. Thank you!

I was extremely happy when I left with my purchase, I thought I was getting a great price and was under the impression this was an honest sales team. I was wrong! The car has problems, and the only repair facility is in downtown Phoenix. Which this place is a joke! They require you to leave your vehicle there for an entire day, sometimes even more just to diagnose the issue that doesnt include the repair time. Their "repair techs" told me flat out he couldnt figure out what is wrong with my car and I will have to wait until it gets worse and by then it could possibly have to be a repair cost out of my own pocket. While my car was there I paid over $600 for a rental. I asked to be reimbursed, where I was passed around from person to person, department to department. I am extremely disappointed in the entire company. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor abd DO NOT buy a car from this place!!!
