I bought a Nissan Altima Coupe sight unseen from Premier and I couldnt be happier. I live in Fort Lauderdale and Premier is in Utah, but after dealing with Chris on the phone I knew this person could be trusted. Everyone thought I was crazy buying a car sight unseen but they have one of the best websites to view a car, plenty of information and pictures galore. I felt like I was sitting in the car with all the pictures they had of my car. Chris and Dave run the show there and I cant tell you what a class act these two guys are. The negotiation on the price was a pleasure, the paperwork was a breeze and they even helped with the shipping, which is really no big deal. I received the car in 10 days all the way from Utah to Florida, delivered to my house. The car was EXACTLY as described (the pictures will tell you that), it had low mileage, clean as can be and the warranty attached. I never write reviews but with this dealer I had to, do not hesitate to buy from Chris or Dave. I used to be in the used car business and I wish I had these two working for me, I would still be in business today. I am still in the market for 2 more cars for my son and father in-law, I check their website daily for the next great deal ! Thanks Chris and Dave, I will be a return buyer.

I wanted to replace my 2013 Acura TL. I loved the car, but was in an accident. It was a unique car, 4 wheel drive with all the options and very low miles. I looked on the web and only found a handful with low miles. Fortunately one of them was in my own backyard at Premier Motorsports. I met Dave and he gave me the car history, and also told me about the process they use in selecting cars to put on their lot. I was impressed with the service and the attention to detail. We agreed on the price and made arrangements for me to pick the car up the following week. During that time Dave changed the oil, rotated the tires, changed both air filters, and even filled the tank. He had the paperwork all finished so that I was in and out in 10 minutes, without a big sales push for add-ons that I didnt want. If that wasnt enough he even picked me up at my office in Salt Lake and drove me to pick up the car in Layton. I hope Im not in the market for another car soon....but when I am I will call Dave first.

With some hesitation I bought a 2013 Lexus LS 460 sight-unseen from Dave Hales at Premier. The Premier Web site had about 30 photos of the car, inside and out. While on the phone Dave perused the car describing every minor imperfection and giving me confidence that the car really was as it was being represented. Dave said that if I wanted to get a flight to Salt Lake City he would pick me up at the airport and would take me to the showroom. After an exchange of emails I decided to pull the trigger, electing to have the car shipped to the Los Angeles area for $300. Upon receipt of the funds Dave immediately completed the sales paperwork and sent the documents overnight via FedEx. When I picked up the car I was pleased to discover that the car was beautiful and in nearly showroom condition. The vehicle works flawlessly. I would not hesitate to make another purchase from Premier. I highly recommend them.

We found this place online looking for a specific make, model and year. (Lexus IS250 premium 2014) Frankly I was skeptical as I am with most car dealers. Once we got there my perceptions were turned around completely. Fair price, fair doc fees, no pressure and they have really nice cars well researched and inspected. YES, we bought the car for a couple of thousand less than a certified model and the dealership, and this car had one third the miles on it and the balance of the factory warranty and was a "local car". The paint, finish, everything were presented better than the dealer certified car. I would definitely look here again if I needed another car. PS. The dude that left a one star. Not a helpful review. Somebody was having a bad day I suppose.

In my 50 years of car buying experience, Chris Hales and Premier Motorsports have been the most honest to deal with. I live in WA State, and had been looking for a well-optioned 2013 Grand Sport Corvette with the Velocity Yellow Tintcoat paint for months. I expanded my search to Utah, and found my perfect car. I called Chris on a Saturday afternoon, and he answered all my questions with no pressure. Such a joy to talk to a “Car Guy”! Chris said to talk this over with my wife, and call him monday if we wanted it. We did, and flew to Salt Lake City. Chris picked us up at the airport and drove us to his store. He spent over an hour explaining the features of the car. We had a fun drive home! Rest assured that Chris Hales is a man of his word.

I never thought I would ever say, "I trust a car salesman"! I can now say that about Chris and Dave. I have never experienced salesmen like Chris and Dave. There wasnt any pressure sales going on. They even printed out all my options, encouraged me to take the time to go over the numbers, think about everything and then let me walk out. Again no pressure. It is so nice to know there are at least 2 car salesmen out there that know how to treat people the right way. I did eventually purchase the car that drew me to Premire Motorsports in the first place. I love my new car! I now have a beautiful car with a clean title and an awesome new place to recommend to all my family, friends, and just anyone looking for a car.

I would give this dealership 6 out of 5 stars if I could. I live in Denver, and fell in love with a Lexus IS350 they had in their inventory in Layton, UT. I decided to buy the car sight - unseen, and Chris Hales made the car buying process from out of state very simple. There were at least 30 pictures on their website, and they allowed a 3rd party to visit the dealership to test drive the vehicle for me, put it on the lift for inspection, and even take 30 more pictures of it. The vehicle was delivered just as described, beautiful and not a scratch on it. Still had the new car smell! Much better than any car dealership experience I have ever had! No funny business here, or sales pressure.

Dave and His son were both extremely professional, articulate and knowledgeable about their industry. No pressure. They were very open and willing to help me even though I wasnt planning to purchase a vehicle from them. After some time looking at other options, we ended up going back and purchasing from them anyway. I appreciated how they treated me as a customer. I normally dont purchase vehicles from dealers, but I definitely would purchase from this company again.
