The absolute worst car buying experience in my life! Bought a 2003 Dodge ram 1500 from them this month! After paying the down payment and driving it off the lot I noticed a popping noise coming from the rear differential. I opened the inspection plate on the rear differential and the spider gears wear broken! After further inspection I found one of the gears that were broken but not the other which tells me someone had looked at the rear end of this vehicle slapped it back together and sold it to me so it could be my problem. Luckily after weeks of searching for parts I was able to repair the vehicle myself for around 500.00 this would have been thousands if I would have paid a mechanic to repair it. Also I noticed the reverse lights do not work. Dont these vehicles get state inspection??? I really hope alot of cars makes things right because they treated me terrible when I went in to get my plates they really didnt want to discuss my issues and basically hurried me out the door. My advice to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle from this place is to take it to your own mechanic and have it completely gone through!!! This has been a very bad experience all the way around!

I will be taking Alot of cars to small claims for reasons I cant discuss right now. I can let you know (in my own opinion) theye are shady, and not willing to work with you if major issues occur thirty minutes after driving A car of the lot. Also while wating for my contract A lady came in selling used tires out of her trunk! Alot of cars employee went out side to see if there were any good deals to buy for their lot. Can any alot of car owners let me know if you are paying taxes on those purchases, or are you committing tax evasion? If you have A 550 credit score, no where to go, and want to be taken advantage over only paying 29% intrest with A grand down come here! Theye will give you A car that will have the engine light come on with in A few minutes after your signed A contract with over A grand in repairs!!! ( remember sale as is doesnt cover fraud!) ALL IM MY OWN OPINION TILL COURT.

This place is literally the worst service and worst place I have ever received a car from. I had to get two temp tags from them because they " forgot" to send info. And now I just got charged $1500 from my bank because they never sent my insurance company information, so that the insurance could send info to my bank. 1 and half weeks after buying my $10000 truck my engine light came on. I said I dont want it anymore. Things were just going wrong left and right. Their main salesmen Raul said that they would take it 100% back if I didnt want it as long as it was within 3 weeks. They said that they would give me $5000 for it, because thats what it was actually worth. But they sold it to me for $10,000!?! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY BUSINESS

Raul was absolutely awesome!!! We had some pretty bad credit and just recently had a repossession but he was able to get us approved with very little issues. They had the SUV I have been wanting for a long time and we got it at a great deal!! Raul even went the extra mile and was able to get us a service contract on the vehicle and fixed a couple things that were wrong before we took it so it would be safe on the road for our family. They have made a customer for life from us and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle....A++ on this place!!!.

Went to them because my car pooped out and I am going through a divorce. Credit was shot and was already embarrassed to even try. They worked with me and got me in a car that works amazing and priced super great. I went to a lot of dealers that day almost in tears needing a car for my kids and work and when the others found out my credit they told me have a good day come back when it is better. I bought my first car from them back in 2012 and it was a great car drove the neck out of it ... after that we recently bought 2 more to upgrade for my hubby and I and we havent had any problems with them we love our cars and the awesome service they gives us every time Raul is awesome gives you the best deals! And when ever we wanna upgrade again we will surely give them out business thanks a lot of cars!

Worst car dealer ship ever. they will try and screw u by adding on fees, 500 for a document fee( they charge u a file to file there own documents) , property or lot charge( they charge you for them having the car). Raul and the other dealer are professional scam artist and I fill sorry for any one that gets screwed by crooks. if i was the owner i would be ashamed of what had become of this dealership.

Ive bought 3 cars from this lot over the past couple years and theyre always super nice to me when I go in. They have multiple options for financing, which is nice so that I dont have to run around and call a ton of places to compare. Super easy access to the freeway is a HUGE plus for me too so I dont have to go all the way in town. Thanks for giving me a great experience every time!

Spent a lot of time looking for a vehicle, the service was good, but once we took our car home it wouldnt start. We were told by a trusted mechanic that it now needs a new transmission, A/C bearing, and possible new piston rings. All of which are going to cost more than the car is worth. Now we are stuck with a car that doesnt run and a loan payment. The cars are low quality. Obviously.

WORST PLACE EVER!! DONT BUY A CAR HERE!! WE BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM A YEAR AGO AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN GIVING US PROBLEMS SINCE WE GOT IT. I TRY CONTACTING THEM TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT WE CAN DO WHEN WE RECENTLY BOUGHT IT AND THEY ANSWERED AND NEVER GOT BACK TO US AFTER THAT. SINCE WE BOUGHT IT THE AC NEVER WORKED. WE ALREADY PUT SO MUCH MONEY IN THAT CAR MORE THEN WHAT ITS WORTH!!!

I bought my Jeep there and I love it! Those guys were awesome to work with and very helpful. If you want a used car go to A Lot Of Cars, Ryker or anyone will help you out and they were very nice. I seen the Jeep on the website and got the exact one I wanted. I wanted a warranty and they got me 5 years coverage so I dont have to worry about it for a long time. Thank you guys!
